Sent my tablet on Tuesday, got it back on Thursday - works a treat, got updates as the repair was processed, and got an email telling me when it was going to be delivered (in a 1 hour window) I can't fault the service

I dropped my nexus 5 and the power button stopped working. We found Get It Repaired on the web and liked the reviews on here enough to try them.
I can back up everything that has already been said about their customer service and communication. Knowledgable, polite and clear on the phone and lots of email updates.
Posted it on Tuesday lunchtime for £7.50 special delivery to arrive next morning and be insured, and had it back in my hand by 9:30 on Thursday.
Got a lovely email saying the button was misaligned and the five minute fix was sorted under the £15 diagnostic repair and return price
Total cost of repair £22.50.
Decent and honest.

I, like most others, was very nervous about sending my expensive phone to an unknown company, regardless of the glowing reports I'd read. I'm very fussy, and I thought my standards might be higher than theirs. I had smashed my phone display and I wanted it back like new.

I needn't have worried. The whole process was exemplary. I sent my phone out on a Wednesday evening and I had it back on the Friday morning looking like a new phone and working perfectly. From the moment it left me I was reassured by updates. I knew when it had arrived, when they'd started working on it, when they'd finished, when it was being tested, when it had passed, when it was shipping back to me and when it would arrive at my door. Absolutely astounding service.

Are you worried this could be a one-off? Well don't be. Stupid me then dropped my phone for a second time and broke it again two weeks later! The experience was identical - absolutely identical. Timing, notification, quality of result - no difference.

Seriously - look no further. The best service I've had from any company in years.

After reading the reviews & struggling to get my daughters LG G2 repaired locally for less than £200, I thought I would try Get it Repaired. The first impression was good, as we live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands the website made it clear we could deal with them. I sent the phone off to my local post office late on the Thursday afternoon. I received my first email the following Monday 9:50am, to confirm receipt. 3 more emails followed to keep me informed on the progress, with the final email the same day at 12:15, stating complete. I received the phone back the following morning, in excellent condition. A bonus was nothing had been lost on the phone, & it was a lot cheaper than I had been quoted locally. Would not hesitate in recommending & using them again, very satisfied customer :)

The repair process went to plan, no issues, plenty of communication.

I decided to get my Nexus 4 repaired. For £98 plus nearly £5 for outbound postage, it was a tenner cheaper than the repairer in town I used last time.
EMail notifications next day, "Phone has arrived", "Screw in back missing","Screw missing inside", "Repaired","Tested","Dispatched".
I sent from the local Post Office on Tuesday lunch time, back with me 8:20 Thursday morning.
Phone is working well, (unlike local firm who needed a second go at it last time.)

So OK, a pain to have to pay out over £100 to get the Nexus working again, but a great firm to spend that money with. 5*

I was somewhat sceptical to send my ipod off to these guys, but reading some reviews on them they looked OK, although I still had my doubts. Despite this, I was amazed by the service they gave me, I was sent emails and reassured throughout the whole thing, told when it was received, being repaired, sent off etc. They even sent me texts asking me if I wanted to change the time of delivery!

Genuinely pleased with these guys, would easily recommend to any of my friends.

After having dropped my Nexus 4 twice, the screen cracked across the top and the touch would no longer respond. I spoke to LG directly but they could not give me a quote for the repair (have since heard they charge £150+ and charge you £20+ to get your phone back if you don't want to pay!!), plus because of data protection they restore your phone to factory settings. Stupidly I hadn't backed up my photos etc and tried different places to get it repaired without deleting everything or to try and get the photos off, but no luck. Then I found Get it Repaired - having read the reviews I was impressed, and I was not disappointed with the service I received. The system is very easy, I did pay £7ish to send it off, but it was worth it. Received updates at every stage of my repair and it was back to me within 24 hours - with all my data in tact! Hooray! I am a very satisfied customer, hopefully won't have to use them again (I intend to buy a strong case now!), but would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I don't often write reviews, but this service was so good i felt compelled to. After taking the calculated risk of not insuring my phone, having never broken one before, my beloved Nexus 4 took a tumble last weekend. Trouble with Nexus is that the touch screen is integrated or something, so they are unusable with broken glass (I couldn't even switch it off!). I picked 'get it repaired' based on the excellent reviews and promise of a quick turnaround and was not disappointed. Ordered Sunday, posted Monday, fixed within a few hours of them receiving it on Tuesday and received it back looking brand new first thing Wednesday! The clock had reset (I'm sure this is unavoidable) which confused a few of my apps for a while, but otherwise all the data etc was intact. Brilliant!

Brilliant Service - thanks so much. Must admit I had been reticent about using a service like this to fix my iPad screen, but someone recommended GetItRepaired, so I gave it a go. Excellent service, tracking every step of the way and sent back so quickly by recorded delivery. I'd definitely use this again.

Of course, can be a bit worried about sending a device into the unknown, but felt very comforted from other reviews. Ordered the repair on the Monday, posted, received at their office Tuesday, returned by Wednesday. Was kept informed every step that it went through.. I was very impressed. Needed the repair - done as requested and n the timescale promised.

Cracked my Nexus 5 screen and with no insurance had to find a company for repairs. After searching found Getitrepaired - who offered competitive price for the work.

Sent the phone special delivery Tuesday, it arrived, was fixed, and sent back to me on the wednesday. I received a good as new Nexus 5 on Thursday morning.

Quick and painless, and cheaper than the Apple store! From the moment I paid I was kept abreast of the process via email and a prompt turnaround meant I was only sans iPod for 3 days. Happy to recommend.
