With very few companies offering repairs on tablets I was very impressed by this service.
It was a better price than I was quoted by the manufacture and another on-line site. It was fast, I think 2 hours from them receiving it to it being posted back the biggest delay was my sending by second class. The whole process was e-mailed to me so I knew exactly what was going on. The repair is completely fixed and it hasn't damaged or lost any of my information on the tablet.
To top it all off it also comes with a warranty for the repair.
Will very happily recommend and use again even if I hope I will never have to =)

I was a bit wary at first using a website that looked to good to be true! But, WOW the service and the fact that they kept in touch with you throughout the whole process is really good!

My daughter dropped her Nexus 7 last Sunday resulting in a cracked screen and ultimately unusable tablet. Consequently Monday was spent trying desperately to find a repair centre that would undertake the job at a reasonable price and with a sub two week turnaround. I found the site 'Get it Repaired' on Monday morning, and having read every review, posted it off at 14:00 on the same day. I received multiple e-mail updates on Tuesday as to the progress on the repair and, unbelievably, received the Nexus back this morning (Wednesday) at 09:15 fully working!! Have to say i was doubtful that the service would live up to the hype but on this occasion I was clearly wrong - excellent experience and will recommend to all as the go to site for repairs! Well done GIR Ltd!

My sons Google nexus charging port was damaged due to carelessness when charging. I googled repair companies and found get it repaired.com. We live in N.IRELAND, and I posted the tablet on a Saturday afternoon and it was received on Monday, I had an update of every stage of repair via email and the tablet was posted back to me the very same day and I received it on Tuesday in perfect working order. Fan service will be recommending to friends. I have a very happy son again.

My son broke his Nexus 7 screen which we bought in Dec 2012. Unfortunately I had no insurance. We contacted Nexus who were only interested in trying to sell us the latest model as they said it wouldn't be cost effective repairing it.

After some more research I sent the nexus to "Get It Repaired" on the Monday and we had it back on the Wednesday in perfect working order.

Would certainly be using this company again if the unfortunate happens again. Email was sent to me on every stage of the Nexus tablet journey of been repaired and it was returned to us within 48 hours of sending it to them. So easy and so quick turnaround - keep up the good work.

Sent sons Nexus for new screen at 12.50 Thursday and postie delivered it back 10.30am Saturday - cant get faster than that.

The ordering process was straightforward and I was delighted to get my Nexus 7 back within 3 days, despite having a very badly screen. Website generated effective email updates at every stage if the process, already recommended it to a friend.

I dropped my Nexus, cracking the glass even though it was in a protective case the corners were not protected enough. 'Get It Repaired' was the first company to come up on Google and on seeing it had 5* reviews I didn't bother looking any further.
The service I received was exemplary, I just wish all businesses were run like this.
I sent my device off lunchtime Monday by special delivery. I had the first email from GIR mid morning Tuesday to say they had received it then I had emails every step of the way. I was pretty relieved to get the one that said if had been successfully tested and ready to ship back. It arrived as promised on the Wednesday morning, again by special delivery. Many thanks for a brilliant as-promised service.

I would certainly recommend the service to anyone who is either unfortunate enough to need it or wants to breathe a bit more life into a prized gadget. I was happy to accept the premium as the company is well reviewed and other companies I found didn't have this re-assurance, yet priced similarly. However, it was my own fault for not backing up the data I had on the device and sometimes you can't put a value on data.
The site was clear, there were no hidden charges. (Unless you include the cost to send the device. I thought that was reasonably self explanatory, but others might not think so.)
Emails were sent at every stage to keep me informed. Sent it on the Tuesday, received it back on the Friday, as good as new.

My iPad 2 fell of an outdoor table and the screen shattered on the concrete. It was too expensive to get it fixed by apple so I had a look online and came across Get It Repaired. I was a pretty nervous using an online company for the repair but I am glad I did! I sent my ipad to Get It Repaired, it was fixed promptly the next day with email updates at every stage and then posted straight back to me.

I received the ipad back today and it looks perfect! So pleased with the service, speed of turnaround and value for money. Thanks!
