Completely trustworthy. I posted a Google Nexus with cracked screen - Get it Repaired confirmed receipt the next morning and posted back out to me that day. First class replacement screen - very impressed by the quality of the work and quick turnaround. I would recommend to anyone.

Unlike other devices a cracked screen on my Nexus 7 rendered the whole thing inoperable. I chanced it with these guys and I got the repaired device back 2 days later looking like new. I sent it recorded delivery one day, it was repaired as soon as it arrived and was returned to me by recorded delivery the next day. It went as smoothly as it said it would on the website, a fantastic service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I would happily use their service again, if the worst happens to my Nexus 7. They have a simple set up for sending your device, great feedback during repair and a quick turnaround to mail it back to you. The device was in perfect condition on return.

A flawless service... I broke my iphone screen, paid online for a repair, posted it special delivery on the wednesday and got it back in perfect condition on friday morning.

Sent the ipod off on Monday. Received 4 updates over next three days. The ipod arrived back repaired on Friday.

I cannot say how impressed I have been with the service from this company. They use electronic tracking so that email updates automatically are sent whenever a customer needs to know something about the repair. Unfortunately in my case the phone was beyond economic repair (after water damage) but they had taken some time and in depth cleaning and assessment and testing to establish that this was the case. At every stage when I need to bring up I spoke to very helpful staff who were professional and gave me all the information I needed.

It is a credit to them that they were willing to say when a repair is uneconomic and to be honest I was astounded that they did not want any payment for the investigative and diagnostic work beyond their standard fee. It was clear quite a lot of work had been done with ultrasonic cleaning, fitting a new screen for testing etc. I would recommend this company without any hesitation for smart phone repairs.

I sent you Kindle Fire HD in on Friday with a cracked screen; this was a bank holiday weekend. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair with regular emails and the whole this was completed and returned to me by the following Wednesday.

I sent my son's Nexus 7 away to get it repaired for a screen replacement after it had cracked. Not only was the repair perfect, the updates were very useful letting me know how the repair was getting on. Overall an excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

The service was remarkable! The on/off button on my iPhone had stopped working and I thought "this is going to be expensive!!" Not so! I sent my phone off Monday morning they sent a text Tuesday AM to say they had received it, they sent a text again about 3hrs later to say it was done and ready for dispatch. Arrived back with me on Wednesday and the phone is as good as new.
I truly would recommend this company to anyone and I am usually a tough critic.

Sent my device (Nexus 7) from the Netherlands. From when they received it, it took 2 days (!!!) to have it in my hands. Recommended!!

This is not the cheapest service I found, but after some quick questions I was assured that new components would be fitted with a warranty and posted back the same day. Email updates kept me informed every few hours. The hardest part was me going to the post office to send it off and actually that only took five minutes and wasn't actually hard.

Does what it said on the tin. Would recommended to anyone.
