Excellent service received today from this company. I can’t praise them highly enough

Terrible. I'd give it a zero if I could. I ordered a self flushing toilet switch for a relative with dementia. It looked used when it arrived and had no fitting instructions whatsoever. It cost £50 and is useless. I've contacted their service email twice and tel no once and had no response or reply at all. Don't touch this company, which INCIDENTALLY, is based in China not the UK, despite all documents looking like it is based in the UK.
Amendment: after about 2 months and a lot of back and forth, including a video sent in Chinese!, and a second product that also did not fit, I did get a full refund, but it took a lot of effort.

We purchased this expandable hose which took over 2 weeks for delivery. It came bundled in plastic, with cheap components, no instructions, no packing slip. This is just a drop shipper. The nozzle is cheap plastic and the brass fixtures are thin and tinny.

Wish I’d have read the reviews first!!!

Firstly this company is NOT a legit UK 🇬🇧 ❌COMPANY!!!!

They have a uk website and address but it’s a sham everything comes from china dropshipped took two weeks then says returns accepted with no label you have to contact them and get no response! Money down the drain for a product not fit for purpose and ZERO communication they need shutting down as they are clearly scammers

Purchased the coffee mug and warming base prior to Christmas. Whilst I appreciate that it was the Christmas period the item never left China until January 5th. Nothing on the Getitt UK site indicated the item would be sent from China which I think is extremely misleading. Although the item has arrived the gold spoon is very cheap and tacky, it looks more like it's been pressed from tin plate. The warming base and mug are reasonable. The packaging is poor, as it says on it "coffee mug and saucer" so all in all very poor. It certainly won't be going to the intended person. For anyone purchasing anything from Getitt UK, bear in mind that it's an online sales front for items from China.

Total scam, says it is in London and postage 2-5 days, utter rubbish, tried to call sooooo many times the number on the website and it is just a USA answer phone that no one responds to, sent many contact forms again from the website and no one responds, stay away as I feel this is just a terrible scam company, if I am wrong please contact me Getitt asap and I will amend my review accordingly.

I ordered a dash cam. from them in October 2024 which turned out to be faulty. So as it says on their website "Not happy with the new product? Return it free of charge within 14 days" at first I emailed them to ask how to go about this. No reply! I then telephoned which went straight to answerphone. I left a message but nobody returned the call. I then wrote to them recorded delivery and I know they received it as it was signed for. No reply. Eventually I returned the dash cam. (within the 14 day period) again recorded delivery but for some reason Royal Mail could not deliver it.
I was going to go through the Small Claims procedure but since they apparently did not receive the product back this may have been 'good money after bad'. Did get compensation from Royal Mail, though.
I later realized their trading address in London is shared with no end of other businesses!

A few months ago I placed an order via Google search & didn't read reviews beforehand! I promised myself I wouldn't do that again! However, after a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago I desperately need a non-slip shower mat & as I'm unable to drive at the moment I thought I would order via Internet! Once again I've been mislead! Like others thought I was buying from a UK company promising a 3-5 day delivery service! Now been 8 days & not received anything! Emailed company first thing this morning & no reply! Tracking says shipped 16th Dec from port of origin that being somewhere in China!!! Lets hope I receive it for Easter 2025!!!

Do not buy from Gettit, absolute scammers. I get no reply to questions and I still have not got what I paid for. Reporting to Trading Standards. BEWARE

Very delayed shipping. When I messaged their support team to ask why, they said that "everybody at the shipping company was on holiday", even though the parcel was eventually sent with Evri. The item (cat window perch) that arrived is no good, and does not stay up on the window at all. Very disappointing waste of time and money.

Beware of this company, it's got one star only because no option to give zero, after several emails requesting return label, as the picture to the actual garment, very poor quality, would be embarrassed to offer as intend gift, 1 reply from a James smith, on how can assist, replied, for refund label, no reply whatsoever to my emails, I am going to raise issue with trading standards, & requesting refund from my credit card company. Use this company say goodbye to your cash

Bought what was meant to be a leather back pack (on offer). It certainly is not leather and has a nasty cheap smell to it. Tried contacting them but they ignore my messages. What a waste of money! Maybe trading standards need to get involved.

Do not buy from Gettit UK, the website looks good and my order arrived with all relevant emails about delivery received. However, the bag I bought has a very offensive smell and is not fit for purpose. I want to return the bag as faulty and get a refund however, I have been unsuccessfully in making contact with customer care via telephone calls and emails.

10th October UPDATE - my order was never received but thanks to excellent Credit Card Company I have received a full refund - no help from Getitt UK

The website is total fabrication- there is NO 24/7 customer service.
How can there possibly be easy returns when it’s impossible to contact them by phone or email.
Order tracking oh yes but my order has apparently been stuck at Haynes DO for nearly 2 weeks now and showing it’s being delivered today for all of that time !!!!

Bought a floor standing lamp.from this company. The cable through the middle of the lamp had been snapped or cut in half! Tried to enail for a replacement. No reply after a whole week.

Purchased off their web site item was faulty, will not return e-mails or telephone calls

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
The lack of communication is horrendous, they don’t respond to any emails, no response back after completing their customer request form online and they don’t accept any phone calls.
I’ve been trying to arrange a return which has to be requested 15 days of delivery and there is no hope at all.
Stay away from Getitt because you won’t be getting any response.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Says its Getitt.uk but goods come from China and takes weeks and weeks to arrive. No customer support, 'easy returns', that's a laugh, no support from Google. Do not buy.

Do not buy from this company. Received poor quality goods that fell to pieces in no time. Mascarade as a uk.compny but goods shipped from China!
