Does not work

Advertised as increasing pressure 15X. No way. Did not clear dirt /lichen off of patio slabs as advertised - nothing shifted. Constant emails trying to sell more after sale despite unsubscribing each time. Feels like a scam.

This company is scam

I made a order by mistake and contacted the customer service within 6 minutes. Customer service confirmed that they received my request and said orders were normally processed in a hour. However after a whole day they got back to me the said the order had been shipped. After I received the package, I repeated asked for return instructions but never received it. They also told that I had to cover shipping fee. What service is this? What have them done to cancel the order in the first place???

Later I also found that they charged me double the price as posted on their website. I have asked Mastercard to help with this case. This company is highly suspicious!

Jethose disappointment.

First off, I Only ordered 2 jethoses. I received 5. I opened one box and eagerly tried all 3 nozzles. The nozzle did not have the pressure I expected (as seen on tv). The jethose itself leaked from the unit itself. I was very disappointed. Thus, I am returning all for a refund.

Never again

I was browsing this website to potentially order a nozzle for my hose. The top of the site had a Canadian flag icon so I assumed it was in Canadian dollars but shortly realized it was not. I was still potentially interested and wanted to see what the grand total would be with the conversion, shipping, and taxes. Before I even finalize the order, I received three notifications from PayPal that I had been charged three times. Two of the charges were the exact same amount over $100 and the third charge was for $50 Canadian. There is no shopping cart on this website so you are unable to see any subtotal or grand total before you actually authorize your purchase. As soon as you go on to the site and indicate you will be using PayPal, the company just pushes the charges through without giving the customer an opportunity to finalize and approve the order. I was charged $180 Canadian and I wasn't even aware of what it was that had been ordered as I was not provided any sort of subtotal nor was I sent an invoice or receipt of any kind. The only reason I knew that the company had charged me was from the PayPal alerts. I contacted the company immediately within 1 to 2 minutes of this happening and the customer service person assured me that the orders had been canceled and I would be receiving my refunds by the end of the day. I only received one out of three refunds so I called them back at the end of the day. I spoke to a lady this time who asked me for my order number which I didn't have because I still didn't have any sort of invoice or receipt from them. She was able to find the order under my email and also assured me that she seen the notes from earlier in the day that I had canceled the order. When I asked her why I only received one refund but was billed three times. She actually hung up the phone. Within a minute of that phone call. I received an email from them saying that it was too late. The order was sent and there was nothing I could do. I found that hard to believe since I had literally just got off the phone with somebody and they assured me that the order was canceled. The company was not helpful at all and said I would have to wait for the product to come to Canada from the US and then I would have to start a return process. They said for the inconvenience however, they would offer me an extended warranty. I told them I did not want a warranty. I didn't want anything from them and I just wanted my money back. I was getting nowhere with them. I still to this day don't know what it is that they charge me for as I have yet to receive any sort of itemized invoice. I contacted PayPal directly and they immediately refunded all three charges that had gone through without authorization. I would be very cautious when on this site. If you are using PayPal the company will just ring the charges through without giving the customer an opportunity to finalize the order and look at the grand total etc. It was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation and I would not recommend using this company to anyone.
