Very easy to work with your website. I did feel that $12.99 was a bit too much for extra shipping. It’s almost the same price as another item! I’m alright with $3.99 but not higher than that.

Ordering appeared to be fairly simple but I was shocked to receive an email saying i had ordered and been charged for 3. Immediately contacted PayPal ( they said they could do nothing ) contacted JetHose but apparently my order had already been dispatched. !
I have contacted them again because who needs 3 JetHose. Will see how this goes

They made contact full stop.
They made contact full stop.However my experience is identical to another person 6 days ago .Two hoses when ordered one and told already processed minutes after noticing the situation. Product was disappointing and returning both having paid £126 .I will reserve further judgement until I get the refund.

jet hose didn’t meet expectations but they refunded my money.
Responded quickly to my queries. I decided to return the JetHose units as it didn’t perform as advertised and they returned all my money. But it cost me $45 to FedEx return the units I had ordered to an address in California. I probably should’ve taken their offer to return 70% of what I’d paid and keep the units. My bad.

What a rip off.. the product doesn’t work and the want me to keep it and take 18 dollars instead ?
It was fast and to the point .. well I thought it was and now they don’t want to pay shipping back and want to low ball for a product that doesn’t work. What a rip off. Please pay me the money you owe me and you should pay for shipping!
