The umbrella is o.k. But the Tracker does not work.

Umbrella is awesome, however, app needs a touch up

I got my Kisha as a present, although I always thought about purchasing one. I live in the Kisha hometown, the city known of heavy rains and strong wind and I was sick and tired of getting a new umbrella every few months because no normal umbrella could stand the strong wind for more than couple of minutes. I was sceptic at first but the umbrella is really strong and durable, so my wife got another, smaller one as a present for the following Christmas. Still strong and standing :)

Not only the fact you can't lose it, but the truth about it's resistance to extreme wind conditions. Plus it looks amazing! Delivery also flawless.

Just love my Kisha umbrella. Unfortunately, my first one got broken by accident but Kisha team acknowledged my warranty and got a new one quite fast. It's the best umbrella I ever had - classic look, high quality finish, bluetooth tracker is a nice final touch. Would recommend any time.

Great durable umbrella with a neat app. Saved me from getting soaked by the sudden rain a few times. Also easy to find if you forgot it in the restaurant because it was raining when you went in but sunny on the way out.

Ever since buying it a year ago I've never looked back, it's the only umbrella I own and the only umbrella I need. And trust me when I say that I've lost hundreds of umbrellas before - you can't ever lose Kisha! It's the best!

The umbrella arrived very quickly, and it truly is the finest umbrella I’ve ever seen. Very strong and of the best quality materials. If I decide to get a second one for myself, I think I’ll go with the leather covered handle. The Bluetooth connection is really a bonus. So you won’t forget it. But I don’t think that I would ever forget where I left it. It is honestly that nice.

Received order 1595 ordered at the same time Following a review where I mentioned not receiving both umbrellas I received an email apology from Drazen . Aug 6 There was to be a shipment of pink umbrellas week of Aug 8 at which time I would be contacted re delivery No contact has been made. Very disappointed re service Joan Fedak Burlington Ontario Canada

Umbrella never arrived for weeks. When I contacted customer service they could not send original colour choice and I was told a black one would be sent to me. Well the second order never arrived either.
By this time the price had been lowered but was told I would get a refund
Original order took place in March. It is now August and have not seen this refund.
I will not ever be ordering from this company again.

The product is a plain umbrella with a Bluetooth tag that does nothing more than only detecting its distance from the mobile phone. Android application provides lots of useful info regarding weather etc, but has little to do with claimed "smartness" of the product.

Ordered two umbrellas, one black one pink. Got the black one and it is very nice - would definitely recommend it to a friend. BUT, still don’t have the pink one and no information about when it might be expected…
