Editors really got the feel for each brand given their brand guidelines and the notes we provided, and they were able to produce creative and fulfill requests that met or exceeded our expectations. GetKreatives was very easy to work with! They can take a general concept all the way down to specific specs and create awesome creatives. Saves a lot of time!

Good creative service. Especially liked the UGC ad we worked together on. Video editing could be improved in terms of minor errors to result in fewer revisions and less back and forth, but the end product always turns out to be what I requested. I'd recommend sharing brand guidelines and tone of voice with the team so that they have a good basis to keep creatives consistent with how your clients want to be seen. I think as a relatively new company they've done a good job so far. I believe pricing is a bit higher on the starter plan compared to some competitors, but if you have more than a couple clients and they spend a decent amount, the extra returns from better ad creatives more than offsets/justifies the price. Would recommend trying them out as it's no-commitment.

I've worked with other video editing companies and freelancers in the past and I can say without a doubt, GetKreatives is now my go-to creative team for my brand.

It's very straightforward and simple to work with the team through their dashboard and the communication/support with my account manager is valuable in itself. You don't get this support and workflow with other services or freelancers. As a brand owner, saving time by batching and scheduling makes everything so much easier so I can focus on messaging and ad ideas.

Additionally, they literally "get creatives" in sense of, they know how to make creatives that convert social media ads.

If you're a brand or agency that needs ad creatives or even general graphic design work, GetKreatives is a no-brainer.

Good quality, fast turnaround and reasonable pricing! I really like the requests dashboard, which allows for efficient management of requests and delivered files. I would also strongly suggest opting in for a Slack channel which makes brainstorming with the team so much easier.
