I was making some initial general enquiries which became a mini Q&A email chain. Every question was answered to my satisfaction boding well for a potential order. Main contact was Elisha, supported by Finley

We ordered the low-loft bed base for our super-king mattress including assembly. Our delivery was an excellent white-glove experience but we are based in the England East Midlands area.

Adam was the delivery guy who delivered our bed base and he was punctual and polite. He brought all the bed base parts to our designated room, installed it, moved our heavy Vispring mattress onto the bed base and took away all the packaging without leaving any mess.

I was really delighted after having read some of the negative reviews online and the company having a rather bemusing name (in-laws thought I was up to no good buying from them).

Adam arrive with the bed at the advised time. He was very courteous, and put together the bed very quickly, even though he was on his own. Bed looks great. Time will tel as to how it holds up, but so far so good.

Visited the showroom today as I’ve had my eye on the Cotswold bed frame for a while but wanted to see it in person before ordering. Was greeted by George, who was really helpful and answered all our questions clearly & thoughtfully. Made sure we left the showroom with no unanswered questions & some samples between two colours I am interested in! Thank you George!

Amazing service. We arrangé an exchange for a slightly larger bedframe. We received a estimated arrival time the day prior and a call just before arrival. Adam and Pete dissembled the previous frame and installed the new one in less than an hour. They were very polite and efficient!

Terrible mattresses. Bought one and it started deforming after only one year of use. I rotated it regularly and it still ended up unusable. I have really bad back issues so having to sleep on this bed has been a torture.

We visited the showroom today and bought an Oxford Bed. The sales consultant Spencer was brilliant. He welcomed us really warmly, and made sure we had the information we needed to make a decision. He was really knowledgeable, helpful and with his guidance we bought a beautiful bed. Thank you to Chris as well for pointing us in the right direction, We will definitely be back!

The beds are good, but don't buy the mattresses. Paid more than £500, after 2 years I tried to activate the warranty because the mattress became uncomfortable. With a sagging of 4.5cm, they said it was normal. I rotated the mattress regularly. No refund or exchange was offered. Stick to an Ikea mattress.

Spencer was great and helped me with ease, sorted the problem as soon as i told him what had occurred . Great service, highly recommend!

I have just made my second purchase of double bed and mattress from this company, returning as I was so impressed with my first buy. From ordering to delivery with ten days and the service throught, excellent. I have been regularly updated via email, informed of delivery time via text and a knock on my front door within 20 minutes of scheduled time. The entire process has been excellent and the product, I am over the moon with, excellent build quality and definitely value for money. I would recommend this company to all family and friends, worth every penny, excellent value for money and an old school approach to customer service.

I emailed to see if i could just buy 2 new legs, to change my bed to a platform style, without the headboard.
Grace replied really quickly and sorted it all out. Polite, efficient and friendly.
