ITS A BIG FAT SCAM

It's an actual scam. If I could rate this negative stars I would. I bought this product and it arrived but it does not work. It charges and everything but does not cut or even trim any hair. Just makes noise. I highly do NOT recommend getting this. Save your money. When I tried to return it I had sent several emails to their correct email they had listed for returns and such and got no reply back, I ended up throwing it away. If I could I would have never purchased this in the first place. This item is terrible and I wish I could sue them for this POS product that does zero and just takes your money. Please just do NOT get this. Save your money and spend it on something actually valuable.
