Great product. Battery lasts a long time

What an absolute pleasure this company is to deal with we are using the light for so many different things so glad I brought them now.

Placed two orders for a total of 7 headlamps which never arrived. Repeated attempts to contact the company both at their website's "contact us" feature and by emailing founder "Brian" went unanswered. Had to finally file dispute through my credit card company following 60 days of contact attempts. I have never received the units. Strongly advise against purchasing the site/ a company who abandons customers. The ads looked like a great product!

Very happy with the purchase and service and the product

I bought my husband a Lumilight for Christmas and immediately regretted not taking up the offer so I could get one too. Rookie error.
But, I sucked it up and now I’ve got my very own and absolutely delighted with it!! Well Done Guys for inventing this genius head torch. Petzl be gone!!

I appreciated the quick response to my concern. The customer service provided in addressing and resolving this issue was exceptional. WIth a bonus thrown in.

Excellent service

Brilliant - Head light - so light and bright. Easy to wear even over a hat. Easy to recharge. I love that you have an option to keep it on or the option to swipe off and on.

Finally a lightweight, yet BRIGHT headlamp! The wave function is pretty cool, has made it so that we can still hike into the sunset without carrying too much. Ultimately know I'll want these in the car, purse, by the bed...

The lights are great! And the customer service is too. I had a problem with shipping and they looked into it and got back to me straight away.

After initially, being really disappointed, my order never arrived, the company responded and rectified the situation. I’m very happy with both the light and the headlamp.

Efficient on time and a great product delivered

A family member is losing his sight, I noticed him using his phone to illuminate something he was working on, I saw your ad on FB and thought LumiLight might help. He was so impressed by your product that I ordered more. He now has a pair in the kitchen, downstairs, upstairs and in his work box. I can’t thank you enough.

Prompt delivery, seems a good purchase but not used so far. I bought especially for when there is a power cut.

I ordered 2 lumilight head torches for Christmas. The order didn’t arrive. I contacted customer service - they were slow to reply but sent a replacement which did arrive after about a week. I then received a notification from Royal Mail that I had a parcel but needed to pay £7 postage as the sender had not paid enough postage. I paid and the parcel turned out to be my original lumilight order. I contacted customer service again to ask to be refunded the postage fee; they have been slow to reply - a couple of days between each reply - and have implied that I’m mistaken and the postage must have been paid or I’ve confused parcels. I am not mistaken and I don’t appreciate so much slow back and forth and not being believed regarding the no postage fee paid even after providing proof. These were Christmas presents and were so late I no longer need but I won’t be braving the returns process which I’m sure would be equally painful. A waste of time and money unfortunately.

Update: They did finally refund the £7 postage!
