Incredible! Waiting Waiting Waiting, nobody answers your questions they simply ignore you, They, they ask if you "confirmed" the sending address and still NOTHING. I backed this product because it was supposed to be a better price than when it was readily available and now you can purchase this camera in amazon with PRIME for the same price! Lets see if by getting a bad review somebody finally responds! Absolutely Terrible They have been postponing sending the camera and again NO NEWS! Do I need to do a charge-back with my credit card company? or are you going to reply and let me know by when (If ever) I will get my camera

Ordered this a year ago! Never received anything but excuses!!! I've requested a refund 3 times and am just ignores. I believe this is a scam! Buyer beware!

I purchased and have been waiting to get Lumina since May/June timeframe. The company keeps delaying the shipment and provided inaccurate shipment date/information.

I am a windows user and still waiting to get shipment. Paid for this in May and it is 7 months and no sign of shipping as yet. Latest response from Lumina team is

WHEN WILL YOUR PRODUCT BE READY ? Cancel all the orders if you can't fulfill them.

Anyone reported to the police? I think we can gather together thru online to charge them with proper legal actions. At least they will publish worldwide that they are scammer to avoid victim in their activity in the future. Im willing to spend more dollars to make an legal actions again them if they not fullfill this project.

Just Got the product after 4 month. Looks good appearance. But need serius effort and tricky ways to install the software, since tons of bugs and problem in compatibility to my operating System.

IS ADDRESSING US BACKERS HARD? JUST A SIMPLE UPDATE ON WHAT'S GOING SO WE CAN ALL BE ON THE SAME PAGE! AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY, AT LEAST UNTIL THE INDIEGOGO SHIPMENTS BEGIN. NO UPDATES, NOTHING FOR 2 WEEKS! #SCAMMED

This looked like a really good crowd sourcing campaign for a decent webcam (surprisingly there aren't really any on the market compared to phone cameras) but looking at the reviews here it's clear that this is a fake product, or at least very sketchy.

I was going to order one but the reviews here are clearly bots or bought and you can tell by when they were posted and the language they used such as the whole website address instead of the company name.

It's a shame as the product itself looked like something I'd want but hopefully an actual reputable company or another startup finally makes a good webcam and doesn't buy fake reviews.

This is starting to be suspicious...

I didnt buy this product (I was looking into), however I’m commenting on the reviews on this website. All of them are provided around the same time and with Chinese names.

I would not recommend this product solely on the fact that the company is trying to create fake reviews.

Feel high quality through a lot of details. Dignified form and good technic are reasons that people shouldn’t miss.

Good video quality, great features, easy to use. What matters is it looks real good on my MacBook. Neat and minimal product! Looking forward to more of their products!

Really the best looking webcam out there. 4K quality is also a plus!

The webcam looks different from the other brands. It looks premium and matches my minimalist desk setup. Gonna wait for the reviews before getting them👍🏼
