Great Customer Service!

The Customer Service at LuminEye was excellent for me. The second set of drops that I ordered were shipped in the heat of summer and arrived spoiled. It was not anyone’s fault, it was due to weather and who-knows-where USPS stores packages en route to delivery. Lumineye made it right. I sent the product back and they refunded my money. Until then the first 3 months of using the drops improved my floaters and my dry eye. My husband experienced healing in one of his eyes that had been affected by trauma to the eye. The product has been very helpful to us, but in the future I will only order it in cooler months.

I am not sure to think about this…

I am not sure to think about this product. It’s been months since I started using the drops. I do have some floaters that seem to have changed almost like there are more of them but much lighter so I’m not sure if they’re breaking up and dissipating or if I just have more. My eye clarity seems to be the same. I was hoping for big results will try a couple more bottles and if I don’t see change, then I will stop my subscription.

Scammy subscription, useless product

Not only does the product not do anything, they keep charging my card even though I’ve emailed them countless times trying to cancel it. They hide that they will start to charge you for a subscription in their Terms and Conditions so they can continue to charge you and make it really really difficult to cancel. In their Terms and Conditions saying some of their products might be a subscription.
Nowhere else on their website does it say it’s a subscription.
At one point all emails to them were bouncing, so you couldn’t even reach them.
Scammy business practices all around.

To the company, please don’t respond to this review with how you are sorry for whatever. Stop charging my card. Order #4044839 Refund me for the purchase. Stop your scammy business practices. Make it clear that a person is subscribing and make it easy to cancel. If you do not do this, you are not sorry. You are trying to scam people. If your product was effective, you wouldn’t have to trick them into a subscription.

Healthy eyes after using LuminEye

My eyes started to deteriorate when I turned 59, it was so blurry and had so many floaters I thought I was seeing flies flying in front of my eyes. I’m on my 4th bottle and just ordered another one.

This product makes my eyes feel great again, I can drive without my glasses if I choose to and it feels healthy and bright.

Fair & courteous

When I needed to send back a bottle, Lumineye accommodated my request and made it super easy!
I ordered one bottle, didn't see results but I'm a firm believer in giving this type of thing 90 days, like all supplements. Then when I wanted to re order i received 3 at once, that was too many, then a single bottle had arrived. I was able to cancel and future orders and return that last bottle.
In still using Lumineye and will continue until I run out. I'm still experiencing tearing, so I'm not sure this is working for me. However, I'm very happy with how they dealt with the situation. They are professional, fair and courteous!

Not any improvement

I have been using this product for some time now, back office can look at my beginning date… No such difference and my recent eye exam shows no improvement from before .
I now have waaay too many bottles on hand.

After 90 days of consistently supplying the eyes with a blend of nutrients, carotenoids, anthocyanins, antioxidants, trace minerals, and vitamins, it is highly recommended to visit a primary eye doctor. The difference may not always be apparent to the naked eye, but an eye specialist familiar with your specific circumstances has the necessary tools to identify and measure improvement at a cellular and tissue level.

From there, it’s possible to continue for an additional 90 days if you’re working toward a specific goal, or even maintain improved ocular health with another 90-day cycle annually.

Fingers crossed for a great eye exam this year

I've been taking this tincture for the better part of this year and will soon get an eye exam to see if it has helped. My only criticisms are that 1) there is not an easy way for subscribers to login to their account from the website, and 2) the tincture does last longer than expected, which is a good thing, but it does mean that if you are using exactly as directed you will wind up with excess which leads me back to the first criticism in that it would help to have a link both on the website AND in every single correspondence with your subscribers to manage this subscription. When I wrote asking for a link I received a very speedy response even though it was the Saturday evening before Mothers Day so I really was impressed with the responsiveness. Thanks for what you're doing.

I have email documentation of…

I have email documentation of cancellation of subscription which I never subscribed to. Today, I got email notification of a shipment against my subscription that I never subscribed to, shipped to an address that I am not at currently. Although I like the product, I can’t justify buying from a company that twice now has ignored my request to cancel. Very unhappy and now I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the order, AGAIN!

After using the Lumineye product per the directions for 3 months... I do not perceive any improvement in my vision issues.

I signed up for 3 months at a discounted price per bottle. The billing department also sent me an additional bottle without my authorization. There is no customer service phone number. The only option to talk with them is via email, which is "spotty" at best. I asked for a refund, and they responded by extending a discount. I did not order that final bottle but was given no choice. Their customer service is non-existent - Caveat Emptor
