Lumira Infinity Cat Ears plastic inner band snaps, cannot wear, no CS response

These were a gift and I loved them until about the 12th time I wore them. I'm hoping there's an option to post a pic to show where the plastic band snapped right below the foam pad on the inside and the wires are exposed. The ears still light up but, I can't wear them due to the plastic band breaking on the inside. It just flops. In addition one of the plastic triangular pieces keeps falling out of the ear. I left a review on Lumira's website describing the issue and I also emailed them. I never received a response and my email address was in both items. They DO NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES, SO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
