I contacted GetMendable on 8 October 2026 to return an unopened item and provided the requested photos and video. Since then, communication has been slow, and I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same information. As of 19 October 2026, there has been no progress towards arranging a return or refund. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience, marked by unnecessary delays.
Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend purchasing from GetMendable.

I've had tension around the base of my neck for ages. I wasn't looking for another pillow to sleep on; I wanted something to use for a short rest.
