Poor customer service
I was told that there customer service was great but am disappointed. Messaged twice for advise and help before purchase but no response. Purchased on recommendation from friend not the company. First and last purchase as I would rather support a company with customer service. unfortunately saying sorry so long after the event does not make the wrong right.

Delivery took 12 days!
The drinks are lovely especially after exercising, but it took 12 days to be delivered! I purchased them to help my unwell daughter recover receiving them 2 weeks later was pointless!

Arranged a subscription but no way to cancel?
I got probiotics from the company and they ended up making my digestion way worse. I tried to keep at them for 2.5 weeks but it got unbearable. Constant bloating, constipation and pain. I understand that they don't work for everyone so I am not faulting them for that.
However, when trying to get access to my account to cancel the subscription I was constantly redirected on their website and when trying to reset my password, the forgot password email never came (I checked spam).
Now my card has been charged for another month of probiotics and no one has responded to my email.What terrible service and unreliable UX.

By far the tastiest water out there
Brought smaller bottles from ocado, very impressed with flavour although not the cheapest they are by far the best for flavour, brought the 1 litre mixed flavour bottles and cant stop drinking it. 👍
