I have had nothing but a good experience so far. Food noise has reduced considerably. Side effects have been almost next to nothing.
The medication is not harsh at all.
Iwould definitely recommend. 10/10

The experience is so great
The experience is so great, it’s only been three weeks and i feel like I am winning. There is always an update or information sharing being offered. However it took a while for the medication to arrive, almost to a point i was considering to cancel. The response time was also unimpressive But i am glad I didn’t

They have no idea where their packages are.
I have been advised of delivery every day since 16th July, which has wasted six days of my time. No tracking information has been updated other than to estimate delivery the next day. On 20th July, I was promised delivery by support on the 21st.
I have made at least three contacts to support and none of them have achieved anything except false promises and wasting my time. They have no idea where my treatment is and no intention of living up to their delivery promises. I suppose I'm meant to believe it's been kept in cold storage too? It's an uphill battle to get their AI support to do anything about it, and the humans are no better.
I am now late to administer my medication because of the languid pace of their support team, who can only confirm that they have not received a reply from their delivery partner. I am unsure of how I am supposed to trust that the medication is shipped according to the specific conditions required for its efficacy.
Absolute junk service, avoid.
