I purchased the MsOffice 2019 for Mac and I got problem for installation. Luckily I got a very helpful service from Paul to do the remote installation. It works very well. Great & efficiency!!

I have a new iMac of OS12.2.1. I ordered and paid HKD575 for a wrong version of Ms Office 2011 software. I installed it and before I used my security key code, I just noticed that the software won't be compatible to my iMac; Immediately I contacted your office and chatted with Anne who, after having listened my story, took prompt and necessary actions and get my problem solved. She also suggested me to get a newer Ms Office 2019 or 2021 version. Her customer-oriented service attitude was very impressive. So I must say, GetmsOffice, you have a fantastic Top Quality Service staff. Anne, you deserve a "Thumb UP".

I was having a lot of trouble figuring out how to install Word 2019 on my new computer. Joe (a technician) jumped in and asked a couple of questions and had it done in minutes. It was such a relief. I used to be a LAN Administrator but that was years ago and have not don't that sort of work in a long time. Joe's help was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Can't say enough about the support I received from Jesus and Joe in getting my Word downloaded. Jesus did a great job in helping me purchase the program. Joe was exceptional in walking me through the downloading process. His patience and competence helped me (an older person) get everything downloaded and set. Thanks for all of your help.

Be wary. I ordered Office home & student and they sent me Office Business Pro, When I contacted them they told me I had been "upgraded". I felt duped and wasn't happy about it. When I asked for a refund he tried to convince me to accept it but at this point, I didn't feel comfortable buying from them. I made it clear I wanted a refund as it wasn't what I ordered. Thank god, I was one of the lucky ones judging by these reviews. So it's obvious they are selling multi activation keys at top prices, If they were upfront about it and charged less I could accept that but it's the misleading customers in this underhand way that I don't like. And if they are a sister company of Microsoft - does that mean MS are aware the same product keys are been sold to multi people??
