Contacted them through Facebook and got back to me on the same day no messing about and my claim is already going over to solicitors. Really quick and very professional. The bloke on the phone was brilliant. Seems like a good team.

Waste of time.

Initial phone call was great. Afterwards they take your details and you read and then sign a load of paperwork to instruct them to begin.

However they fail to mention you need to have most of the documents from your claim. I was asked for a copy of bill from previous solicitors, I was never sent this but this is so they can check if you have been over charged. Hell I could have checked if I was overcharged if I had the bill to begin with. So long story short if you don't have these things you can go to court to get it from previous solicitors however if they say they've sent it and win you have to cover their losses. Total waste of time.

Maybe it would be a good idea to find out from a potential client if they have these docs before commencing anything else.

Don't believe what you read. The reviews are probably fake. Initial conversation was great but once you get passed to the solicitors JG Solicitors. They take your details and all. Few weeks down you need to have documents from the previous claims company. Like a breakdown of costs. If you don't they say your claims not worthwhile and don't bother contacting you again.

Whos to know that the claim was successful and the took the money to themselves. I wouldn't even have the slightest clue.

J.g Solicitors done a fantastic job for me in recovering over charged fee's from my former solicitor. They are so helpful every time I phone or email i get a response pretty quickly .my Claim was settled in 2017. i had no idea about this until I see there ad on Facebook u highly recommend them.
