I used Getmy parcel to send a passport from the USA to the UK. When I paid the fee, it was indicated pick-up time would be confirmed within 24 hours. It wasn’t, and I reached out to them by email, but due to time difference did not get a response until 4am USA time? The response was that pick up would be from 1am to 5:30pm that same day! Obviously, this was a huge window to have someone stay home to wait. I reached back out via email (no USA telephone service) and was told there was nothing that could be done but I could contact DHL ( the company who were really picking up.) DHL confirmed pick up was actually 1:30pm to 5:30pm (Getmyparcel confirmed they’d got the time wrong.). Next time, I will work directly with DHL and cut out the middleman.

This was my first time using Get My Parcel and I can’t say enough good things about the service, my package was delivered before the estimated delivery date and having confirmation of delivery was a definite plus. The constant communication during the process was better than the service received by most of their competitors! Thank you and this will definitely be my go to overseas carrier going forward AA+ service!

My documents were collected on Monday afternoon and delivered to the UK passport office by Wednesday morning, which was impressively fast. The tracking updates were clear and detailed at every stage of the journey.

Communication with GetMyParcel was excellent. Someone answered my email promptly and dealt with the query I had swiftly and professionally. The courier was here on time ( 15 minutes early actually) and was very courteous. My passport renewal documentation was picked up at noon on a Monday and was at the passport office in the UK on Wednesday morning. Tracking was excellent for every step of the way. This was my first time using them and I will definitely use them again for other services.

Used getmyparcel for 2 airmail boxes to arrive on express delivery ahead of my shipping container delivery during my move to Australia. Fantastic service collected on a Friday from Manchester UK and delivered to my door in Australia by the following Tuesday for a reasonable price

Fantastic service. I cannot rave about them enough! I was a little nervous initially, but their service was so great I have used them twice! Documents were collected from me (in Florida) on Wednesday. and delivered to Hemel Hempstead on Friday! They kept me informed each step of the way.

Outstanding service! Documents for passport renewal collected at my Florida home 2pm Monday and delivered to the UK address approximately 44 hours later. I'd use GetMyParcel again in a heartbeat. Infinitely faster and 100% more trustworthy than both the US or UK postal service

Really easy and transparent service. My document arrived in the UK, from UAE, in a few days. Constant updates are provided to ease of mind. Just waiting for the 2nd leg of the service, which I trust will be as prompt as the 1st.

The service was efficient, value for money and the communication was first rate. I booked the service to pick up my documents the next day from my house and it was less than half the price it would have been using other express services. Because of a big storm the parcel was slightly delayed but I was kept informed every step of the way. I would definitely use again sending from the USA to the UK.

Packages send Monday, arrived 3 days on standard UK - AUS

We have used them 3 times to date for deliveries to Australia and their system is very easy to use and speedy. We've even placed an order on a Sunday and the parcel was collected on the Monday and arrived with the recipient on the Thursday!

Have used them previously before and had an overall great experience until my last package.

I asked if it was possible to drop off the package instead to a local depot as there is no one available for the pick up. They gave me a location, address and opening times. I arrive at the location and it was closed even though the information they provided said that it will be open. They give me another location to drop off the package, I go there and the store rejects taking my package as they had no where to store this. Again not sure why this information was not provided to the depot/store that they would be expecting to receive a package to be picked up by their drivers.

I then requested the box to picked up from my house in the afternoon as that would be the time that someone would be there for pickup, and again this failed to happen twice. Even though they guaranteed a pick up window for me, the driver always arrived outside of the window I was given. This was an endless loop for a week, it was eventually picked up but A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE caused.

Perfect experience all the way through. Easy to complete and great support all the way through! Would 100% recommend.
