Service was smooth and efficient. I booked two heavy suitcases to be shipped from London to Los Angeles on a Monday. I received all the paperwork by Tuesday for pickup on Friday. Both were delivered securely the following Monday. Everything was straight forward and went as expected. I will be using them again in the future!

Amazing Experience! Quick, Easy and Helpful

This company are off the charts fantastic!
They shipped me out to the Middle East and then 2 years later back again to the UK, in break neck speed I might add! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and I know I’m a complete pain to deal with! Of my 10 boxes and suitcases 2 suitcase 1 decided it was staying in Paris for a couple of days! I wasn’t concerned because my bike had been delayed coming out due to a strike in Belgium and the guys were all over it and kept me updated everyday, sometimes twice a day, it was the same with this suitcase - it was instantly acknowledged that it had got separated and it was being addressed - said suitcase arrived 48 hours later! My belongings went ahead of me and were received by a family member who could not believe how quickly it arrived and how efficient and seamless the delivery was! I can’t thank you enough and next is my daughter coming back from Japan - we already know who we are using! Getmyparcel the people to trust!

A really good experience shipping luggage from the UK to Australia. Despite us booking it last minute the process was quick and efficient. Customer service was excellent, answering questions and providing regular updates of our shipment.

Really helpful and communication was great, had a few issues with fedex collecting my bag so it was delayed a few days but the whole time getmyparcel kept in contact with me to ensure it will be picked up prior to me leaving the country.
got picked up Monday from Scotland and arrived at home in Sydney on the Friday!!

Speedy service! Home pick up on a Sunday in Doha and delivered on Tuesday morning in UK. And at half the price of other providers! Couldn't fault anything with this experience!

Excellent experience from Nivia and Noyal who insured I had the right paperwork and monitored the shipment from start to finish. It came quickly and delivered safely.

I am blown away by the customer service. The communication is excellent. They arrival for pick the package wasn’t ready, I was immediately contacted and arrangement was made to re-arrange collection of my package the next day.
I received clear instructions on what to expect and charges.
This is the best experience I have had sending items from U.K. to Canada. No wonder Brits in Vancouver recommended them for getting item posted to Canada.

The only thing I would love to see if possible is the option for getmyparcel to print the address themselves if customers doesn’t have the ability to print.
