I Love my Most Sacred Heart of Jesus pendant & i wear it next to my own heart!

I never received my order and you guys didn't seem to care either. I checked with my mail carrier and they dont know where it is either. Not impressed. At least have insurance available or something. Huge waste of money.

I didnt receive it

Very disappointed in this earring it shown that they were quite large but actually it is so small I have a job holding it in my fingers when I say small I need a magnifying glass to see the stones it measures less than half inch and only just I cen .Were as on the video they are beautiful,I had 6 stones in it so you can guess how big it was shown on video.

I don't like the product. I had a Mr ans Mrs sign made and it's just a piece of plywood with our surname on which is 4 letters for £45 absolute rip off. I don't know how I'm meant to stand it up or even use it for our wedding. Sorry but not what I was expecting. Delivery etc was great

I paid for express 2/4 day service was charged an extra 34 dollars to only get it a week later not right n very unprofessional will not order again.my grand kids love there late father on there neck but that's Abt it not happy n money went in the drain

The main reason for 2 stars is due to fact that it did not state anywhere on your website that you couldn’t change height or weight metric. I’m in Australia and we use Kg’s and Cm’s and I used Kg’s and Cm’s which was excepted so that’s what I thought I was getting but I didn’t, it came in Lbs & Oz and inches. 😞

Didn’t receive ordered size

Package came open, Necklace came bent. Nobody has contacted me back about the order. Now the person it was for has went back overseas. Wasted money and time

I received the email twice requesting my mobile number for shipping even though I replied to the first email straight away.
Difficult to monitor tracking.
Given I paid for fast delivery did not feel it was that quick.
Not happy with the item. Using the support / customer service link I have explained why I am not happy with the item. Not had any correspondence back yet.
