Counterfeit product, toxic smell, no response to refund request NeeDoh

I came across this seller through Instagram and Facebook ads advertising what looked like the genuine NeeDoh squishy jellyfish toys. I ordered 6 of them. What arrived were clearly counterfeit/imitation products — not authentic NeeDoh items as advertised. The texture is sticky rather than the smooth, squishy feel of the real product, the quality is noticeably poor compared to the listing photos, and the items have a strong, unpleasant chemical smell that raises concerns about what materials were used.
I contacted the company to request a refund and have received no response.
This seller operates under multiple names/sites — I found them at both getneedoh.store and dentolis.com, so be cautious if you see either name come up, especially through social media ads.
Order date: June 12, 2026
Amount paid: $120
Buyers should be aware: the product does not match what's advertised, it may pose a safety concern given the odor, and customer service is unresponsive.
