First of all I liked that the responses were fast after writing to you about my problem you communicated with me immediately which I appreciate it gives me hope that indeed I will be reimbursed the amounts of money I kept loosing as a student depending on a bursary,I lost close to R500 and the supposed product did not get delivered not even a single day but I hope I will be able to get the money back

I found an advert on Instagram for a backpack which incorporated a suction section. I ordered one of these. The payment system sent me to a couple of different payment areas, which i thought strange. My bank did pick up the transaction as ‘strange’ i confirmed i made the payment. I then contacted Getnewbag.com via chat now. I was speaking with Andy. He told me my payment was for a membership card that would get me discounts on purchases. I confirmed i hadn’t requested or joined anything, and that my payment was for a specific product.
After explaining my situation to Andy, he cancelled any membership and has confirmed to me he has refunded my payment. Andy was very helpful with my query. I would say, if purchasing from this , just make sure of what you are buying.
