Ordered a Get Nora pillow and cover on November 14. Said it was shipped and delivered, but not delivered to me. They couldn't verify where it went. I have emailed 5 times and eventually do get a response, saying they will find out what happened but still do not have my pillow so today asked for a full refund. If I do not get a confirmation will contact the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I wish I saw these reviews before attempting to purchase a pillow from this company. I ordered on 8 Dec 24. Shipping said it would be 10 days. Got A shipment on 6 January 25, and it contained 2 pillow cases and 0 pillows. My order was for 1 pillow and 1 pillowcase. I have contacted the company over 7 times with zero response. Any review I try to leave on the getnora website does not get posted. DO NOT BUY

The BBB responded, and said this company appears to be a scam. So there's that! Also when I tried leaving a review, the website wouldn't allow me to post.
I have had a horrible time getting any info on exactly where my order is, or how to get a refund at this point. I finally had a response after sending 3 emails that were ignored. The company said they would check with the shipping agent, and if no response they would refund my money in a week — that was on 12/21.
I didn't receive a response (or a refund) after a week, but I didn't bother reaching out again until 1/6. I've sent 3 emails now with zero response. I’m not surprised, but I am so disappointment with the lack of care this business has, it should be illegal to take someones money without sending a product. 🤬
Customer service is nonexistent, and it seems they simply don't care. I'll try BBB next to see if I can get a response (and refund) that way. At the very least I can share my experience so others don't have to go through what I’m going through!!
Bogus shipping information, extremely long lead time to get a shipment from a place allegedly in the USA. Bad email address. Charged for product, did not actually ship (nearly one month later). BEWARE. I bought from them once, they were slow, but I received the product. Second time, nothing but problems. They are quick to charge your credit card, but are very unprofessional. Even their website has placeholders for links to their privacy policy, etc.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
