Se recibió el pedido pero incompleto

Se recibió el pedido del "afilador Noren" pero incompleto , faltó los 2 discos de recambio y el libro de instrucciones. Todo ellos estaban incluidos en el pedido (NOREN PROx1).
He mandado varias reclamaciones pero nadie ha contestado y no sé que pensar .
Hace unos dias me contestaron .
Alegan que los dos discos que aparecen en la promocion como añadidos son los que lleva el afilador. La foto de la promoción muestra el afilado completo + 2 discos . Lo que es cierto es que el manual es digital y estaba incluido en el mail .
No estoy de acuerdo con la respuesta porque es como si hay una promocion de un coche + cuatro ruedas y las reclama después de la compra y te dicen que ya la lleva el coche.
