Was looking for a reconditioned iPad and Orchard had lots of options. Purchase was easy and delivery was fast. I always appreciate follow up from the company which was also timely. I should also mention that I am a repeat customer as I previously purchased a used IPhone for my husband. (Also a great experience) I would highly recommend this company. I am happy that Orchard is a Canadian Company based in Toronto.

As promised.
I like this company. This is my 4th phone from Orchard and I have never had a bad experience. I always get a completely functional phone with good battery life in the condition I chose. The only difficulty I ever had was the one time I opted for store pickup rather than my usual delivery. The store is tricky to find, I wandered in circles for a while, so get delivery if you can!

The refurbished iPhone 13 I purchased…
The refurbished iPhone 13 I purchased arrived as advertised like new. I opted for the additional clear case , screen saver and head phones. The head phones unfortunately are for a newer iPhone and don’t work on the 13 but I will purchase from Orchard again in the future. Good price , fast and clean looking devices.

We have bought three cell phones from Orchard
This is the second purchase made with Orchard , the first purchase being about five years ago, two iPhone 8 phones. Both are still working very well, but I have had to change my phone. Getting older is not what they claim as beginning your “ golden years”. I am having issues seeing the small print on the screen, and you can only go so far in making the print larger. I have gone to a larger screen phone, and it makes a difference. The folks at Orchard, are super helpful, easy to speak and deal with, and seem to really enjoy what they do. Pretty strange in today’s world, so thanks a ton to all of you at Orchard. You have my vote without reservation. I am an older person that doesn’t use a cell phone often, but admittedly, it’s a handy tool. Have a great day, stay happy, healthy and safe.

Orchard delivers
Orchard delivered as promised. The online selection was great, the phone was as described, it works great, pick up was a quick and easy process. The online follow through after pick up was a nice touch. Not the easiest to find the front door (tucked away at the back of the building in an industrial neighbourhood), but found it eventually.
