I got exactly what was advertised. I receive my order faster than was. It was Pat packaged well.. very very happy with the product and the service. I highly recommend the Orchard.

The whole ordering and delivery process was straightforward and confidence-inspiring. Phone arrived clean and in mint condition with ordered cover and screen protector already installed, and mostly charged, ready for setup. The phone warns that it has an aftermarket battery installed, but I see that as a plus (new battery) rather than a negative (non-Apple product).

Fast response times. I think if one person started the file, there was seemless transition for another person to handle my file. Very good teamwork at your end! Very fast service and they updated my request for a screen cover very quickly.

Thus far, success with the replacement iPhone. I would rather not have had to deal with a phone failure and service, discovering via Apple that is a US model, but Orchard has been supportive with their warranty, and I’m backing my phone up more regularly.

Update: 2025-09-02

Orchard acknowledged that their math was wrong, and accepted my iPhone for service, replacing the back-end. So, I have it back today, reassembling my installation. We'll see how it works out, and how long this iPhone 13 mini lasts.

Less than 11 months after purchase, my iPhone 13 died of its own volition, sitting on my bookshelf. It was working fine until then, and failed without me touching it.

The Apple store review confirmed no visible damage, and told me that the rear system had failed- and I quote:

"Cosmetic Condition: No obvious damage to note
Proposed Resolution: Rear system replacement not possible due to international model. Whole unit needs to be replaced"

So, not originally sold in Canada (US model), therefore not eligible for work in Canada.

It is certainly past the 90 day warranty, but failure after less than a year is less than acceptable in my book. Regardless, Orchard is not taking any responsibility, so I'm no longer their client (nor will my wife be - until this happened, we were going to purchase another iPhone from these folks).

Odds are this won't happen to you, but when it does, be forewarned that you're out of luck. Too bad: up until now it was a good phone. I'm buying my replacement from Apple tomorrow because, yes, you get what you pay for.

This is the second used iPhone I’ve bought from Orchard. I’ve had no issues with either phone, and good experiences making online purchases. I have recommended Orchard to friends.

The attendant was knowledgeable and spent all the time necessary to show and explain. It was a good
and productive experience. Weare happy with our purchases.

The charger that was included did not work

Phone looks great, it arrived quickly (good communication along the way) and nicely packaged - it was a gift for someone who appreciates the value of re-conditioned items, so the box was just right for that.

I’m very happy with my phone and it arrived sooner than I expected! I had hoped to get a full 24 hours of battery use, but that hasn’t been the case, unfortunately.

I’ve bought several phones through Orchard and have always had a fantastic experience. My last experience was a bit rocky, but Orchard went overboard to make sure the issues were corrected and everything was completely quickly and satisfactory. I would definitely give them 10 stars because that’s what they deserve! Thank you again Orchard!

Phone came very quickly and works well

Was pretty skeptical buying a refurbished phone online, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by my experience ordering from Orchard. The iPhone 13 Mini I ordered was described as “like new” and it did not disappoint. Battery was at a 100% and it looked like it was brand new out of the Apple box. Shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing phones from them again in the future!

I love that you can wander in at 5:00 on a Sunday and find exactly what you’re looking for! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff make the process of buying a new to you phone or iPad simple!

I had to upgrade from my first Orchard phone due to iOS requirements. My recent purchase has inferior battery condition, showing at 88 percent battery health. I am also experiencing app problems that my last phone was fine with, but suppose that is not the phone’s fault

It was very easy to search the website and order my 'new to me' gently used phone. I was hesitant at first to order but since it is a Canadian company I was willing to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised, my phone was delivered quickly and packaged well. I am happy with my purchase and would, for sure, recommend Orchard to others.

Breanna answered when I called to set up my most recent visit (this is the third phone I have purchased from Orchard). She was very helpful, and had everything organized by the time I arrived. She guided me as I selected my phone, and patiently answered my questions with a clear, easy to understand manner (I'm in my 60's and not very tech-savvy!). A small mix-up with the charger cable was quickly, and easily, remedied. I'm very happy with my new (to me) iPhone 14, thanks Breanna!
