Over Charges x 3


I ordered one mini air-conditioning cooling unit from this company but was incorrectly charged for an additional three items that I did not purchase. I contacted the company immediately to request a refund for the extra items.

The company responded quickly, stating that the items had already been dispatched. I then requested the name of the courier and the relevant tracking numbers so I could verify the shipment. However, more than 24 hours later, this information has still not been provided.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. I have now opened a dispute through PayPal, which is currently investigating the matter.
In fact I wouldn’t even give them one star.
