Poppy.ai Is Outstanding
I've only just started using Poppy.ai and the results so far have exceeded even my wildest dreams. Add some videos, text documents, audio files and give it some instructions and the finished content is incredibly accurate. If something's not quite right give it some more context and let it go to work and it learns how you want to write. It's going to save me hours of writing and research every week, and it actually makes work fun. Awesome tool. I love it

Good product with a lot of growing potential.
However it really feels they are here to get your money. I didn't want to reconduct my subscription, there is nowhere on their site where you can cancel it. You need to go through their support which makes it super difficult. They also tried to charge my account 10 times over the last month. (generally companies try 4 times and cancel your access)

They also used my phone number to contact me via whatsapp to ask me to stay (not sure I agreed to that previously) It is a bit feeling harassed to pay the subscription. Despite originally liking the product and respecting the work behind it, this made me a bit reluctant.

Besides the fact that the Poppy Ai platform is making my business processes more efficient, the willingness and all out effort of their team (Olivia Lee) to understand what your goals are and sharing ways to get even better results from their product is knockdown fabulous! This platform has revitalized my ability to feel that I'm making an impact with my efforts. I can't recommend Poppy Ai enough! Using Ai is cool, but using Poppy Ai is money in the bank!

Blew my expectations away. This is no ordinary vanilla SaaS onboarding situation (or product for that matter.) I purchased the product and was able to get a setup call same day. Since I picked a Friday night US time I had Olivia all to myself, and was able to get so much attention, something I'm definitely not accustomed to in this day and age of AI chat bot customer service. She was, I assure you, a real human and she was so patient, fun and gracious. Floored by the experience thus far. Thank you everyone at Poppy, for making media mgt / digestion / etc an actual delight. (never thought I'd say that)

UI easy to navigate, streamlined proceses by alot, very smart AI.

Agency can run at 10X the efficiency.

Olivia was very helpful and knowledgeable on best practices for getting the most value out of poppy. I love that poppy is a contextual ai LLM and can give you so much more info based on the input you can give it. Highly recommend trying it out.
