Had a really great onboarding with Olivia from Poppy. She jumped straight in to helping me with my work using the boards, before showing me how to value add with things I wasn't aware of. Even my toddler wanted to jump on the call and say hi to her!

Poppy AI has been a lot of fun to explore. I'm a very visual person, so using Poppy AI over other traditional LLMs has been great. It feels like a cross between Miro and ChatGPT, which I love.

Olivia from the Poppy team was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions during our onboarding session, and gave me some great tips to improve my outputs.

I just finished my onboarding call with Olivia, and wow — she’s fantastic. Kind, positive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about Poppy. She didn’t just explain the features — she tailored everything to my needs and made sure I walked away feeling confident and excited to dive in. Honestly, she made the whole experience not only easy to follow but genuinely enjoyable.

I’ll admit, I half-expected the call to be a sales pitch. It wasn’t. We spent a full hour together, and at least 90% of that time was focused on teaching me how to get the most out of Poppy. Olivia was generous with her time, answered every question thoroughly, and gave me a ton of ideas for how to start using it right away. We did touch on upgrades, but it was brief — and honestly, I wanted to hear more.

As someone who uses ChatGPT daily, I wasn’t sure how Poppy would fit in. Now I get it. The real power is that you can feed Poppy all the information you want — connect your groups, upload resources, and then work with the AI while it draws from everything at once. It’s like having ChatGPT, but with the full context of your world.

I’ve only been using Poppy for a few days, but I’m already blown away. It’s powerful, practical, and honestly a game-changer. Olivia’s guidance made all the difference, and I’m seriously considering upgrading to Lifetime access because it’s that powerful.

Poppy has been the best AI tool I have used for content creation. It's already saving me 10+ hours a week of work. Olivia was fantastic at helping me learn yet another skill to speed up my process even more.

I joined Poppy AI 2 weeks ago and it is such a cool way to learn information and create content quickly. Olivia was very helpful and filled me in on some shortcuts to the system. I really enjoy using Poppy. It gives you a lot of possibilities if used right. I am still learning how to use it but my scripts are better than the ones i was making before buying Poppy.

First off, Olivia Lee was amazing during my onboarding call! She was extremely helpful and shared some great tips when building boards.I loved her energy and I enjoyed the call.

I like what Poppy brings to the table. It's very versatile in what it's able to do and it's able to do things that some other tools aren't right now. I was worried initially about credit usage but after running through examples with Olivia, I don't see that being an issue in my workflow.

The team behind Poppy seems like they really care and want to be hands on with it's users and you don't always get that with other AI tools. I like that they are always looking for feedback and ways to improve the platform based of what it's users want and not to just keep up with what other platforms in the space.

Just got off my onboarding call with Olivia, super friendly and really helpful.

So I run a thumbnail agency, and most of my clients come from X and YouTube. Every week, I’ve got to write scripts for videos, then turn those into X threads, and then break them down into single posts. Basically, writing the same thing over and over, which was getting frustrating.

I’d been following NAZ (we even made thumbnails for him), so I already knew this tool could be useful. Ended up buying it and honestly my workload has dropped by two or three times. Now I’ve trained Poppy to write threads for me. All I do is write the script, and Poppy automatically turns it into threads. It’s taken away so much of the daily stress and busywork.

Highly recommend it if you’re a founder posting across multiple platforms. Makes repurposing content way easier.

I just like the ambition and the vibe behind the company, and what it aspires to achieve in such a competative industry.

I will use Poppy for content creation, and I know it will work very well to help me automate and scale my content, since our mentors used Poppy to grow to half a mil subscribers in 1.5 years.

I really love poppy AI so far! It’s helped me so much with business and formulating ideas. The mind map and the white board lay out are great tools for course creation and other brainstorming ideas for social media. What I love most about Poppy AI is the very helpful online customer support beyond just talking to an AI bot. The AI bot that they have for customer support is helpful but sometimes you just need a human to walk you through certain steps. Once you get the hang of how the whole thing works, you will wonder why or how you ever worked without it. I had a meeting with Olivia for an introductory video call and she was so help and patient showing me around and answering any questions or concerns I had. If you’re thinking about investing in Poppy I would suggest to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great customer support and an awesome on-boarding process, I really appreciate the thought and effort that goes behind all this, I would like to see some more instructional/educational video content, they have great content to teach you the basics, but it would be nice to see a prompting masterclass and maybe some videos on how to use tools in depth. Also Olivia Lee is doing an awesome job, super friendly, very helpful, and respectful of time. Great job Poppy team.

From the introduction and explanatory videos to the conversational help bot, this tool has been a simple and straightforward yet powerful AI tool that really helps move the needle for me and my business. My onboarding call with Olivia L. was super useful as well.
IMO, Poppy is useful in many ways and for many different types of users. It can be a big boost for those who are newer to AI tools and still learning to integrate it into their workflow, but also a go-to for the more advanced power user. The visual presentation helps to connect the dots (literally).
It's tough to go wrong with Poppy AI - definitely recommended.!

Just got off my onboarding call with Olivia and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I've been using Poppy for about a week before the call and it is really user friendly with a lot of tutorial videos showing you how to use all the features that poppy offers. Poppy is becoming my go to AI for all things marketing and sales copy. The output from Poppy is on an entirely different level compared to the other AI platforms. Highly recommend this software.
