Worst service. I tried to call customer care waited for long multiple times. No one picked up calls. Square health sending me bills for GP consultations. Fully fake insurance

We are very concerned by the content of this review, as it does not reflect the experience of any other customers using the SquareHealth “Doctor in Your Pocket” service provided through GetProtected. To clarify: there are no charges or bills whatsoever issued for GP consultations under this benefit. It is a free service included in your policy, and we have never received a single piece of negative feedback about billing in relation to this product.
If you are receiving invoices, it strongly suggests that you may have engaged with a service outside of the SquareHealth app or may have been the victim of a fraudulent third-party interaction unrelated to your policy.
We take allegations like this seriously. We would like to investigate this thoroughly and raise the issue directly with SquareHealth, if appropriate. However, we cannot locate any policy under your name or details. If you did in fact purchase a policy through GetProtected, please email us at [insert email] with your full name, policy reference, and contact details, and we will act swiftly.
