A boringly overlong sales pitch!

About 3 minutes into the video the presenter tells us in 3 minutes he'll reveal the secret of this product (another previously unknown 'miracle cure' big business and the authorities want to keep from us).
The 3 minutes pass and the video goes on and on and on and on and on.................
It is a stereotypical claim of this type of presentation:
miraculous and swift results; an incredible price reduction; the danger of losing out because of supply problems, 'scientific evidence' from respected academic institutions (this might include information on individual ingredients but NO peer reviewed research into the actual product)...........
The reality is if the product was anything like as effective for weight loss as it claims, every government on the planet would be using this to reduce the curse of obesity. There would be a flood of TV and press adverts, not a cheap online advertising video - and the presenter would be one of the wealthiest men in the world!
