Was surprised in the customer service…

Was surprised in the customer service that I received my package was lost and with no hesitation I got a follow up email taking care of all my needs and have my order resent! I didn’t have to jump through hoops or have any hassle with my order couldn’t believe how great the customer service was rare to find customer service like this now a days thanks for everything truly appreciate Al the help!

The product wasn’t the right fit for me, I try different ways and made me bleed, hopefully it works for other people, the drops are the ones that I find helpful with all the natural ingredients, customer service is excellent

Excellent customer care!

I purchased an appliance but ended up ordering a CPAP at my Doctor's strong recommendation. The appliance was unopened and I was hoping to return it. Angel at Quiet Lab was truly an angel who processed my refund. Customer service like you used to get!

And now a customer for life! Even though I am not using it, I have already referred 3 people who have ordered and are using the appliance with success.

Understanding and Supportive

The QuietLab Pro anti-snoring mouthpieces did not work effectively for out family or meet your expectations as a replacement for out CPAP machines. But customer service was extremely helpful on a refund. I'm going into the hospital and was hoping this could be a replacement instead of bringing my machine and the company was understanding. TY

I Wish I could give it 0 stars. It was a waste of time and money. The device was very uncomfortable, it hurt my jaw. I followed the instructions. It was a terrible investment and a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I passed
the time to be able to return it. And they only offered me half my money back, and I would have to pay for shipping, very unhappy with the whole process.

The company is amazing

The company is amazing. We ordered two mouthpieces. Unfortunately, we could not get used to wearing them. I wrote to support and got a response within minutes. They had some tips for us to try but we still weren’t happy with the mouthpieces. I wrote again and asked how to get a refund. I fully expected to get a long list of things to do. My response from support (again within minutes) was a refund! Never did I expect such fast, helpful service from a company !

Sleep Apnea gone!

I use my mouthpiece every night and my RingCon ring that tracks my sleep apnea says there are "no abnormalities" most nights! This is much better than a C-Pap! I also lost my power cord on vacation, and tried to purchase the cord, which they told me they didn't sell, but replaced for free! And the response was almost immediate! Wow, great company. I am very impressed.

The product was brought for my wife

The product was brought for my wife. Who has severe sleep Apnea. She is using it and it has shown some improvement. It is convenient and the customer service access is reliable. They respond very quickly and are very assuring. Im grateful to quietlab.

Great customer service! Although I could not get a fit with this device, they were very nice, offered me a settlement for a return price without actually returning it, so nice to deal with unlike others I’ve tried.

I purchased a two pack of the QuietLab…

I purchased a two pack of the QuietLab anti snoring device. Unfortunately for me, even after adjusting it multiple times, it didn’t work. I contacted the company who responded quickly with two options for a return. A simple easy option where I keep the devices and get a 70% refund or they would send me instructions on how to fully return the devices for a full refund. I chose the simple easy return due to my busy schedule. The refund was prompt. The customer service was pleasant. I wish it worked for me. I’m glad I tried.

I’ve been snoring for years

I’ve been snoring for years, and it had gotten to the point where it was affecting both my wife’s sleep and honestly our marriage too. I’ve tried several different products and remedies over the years with little to no success, so I wasn’t expecting much when I decided to give this mouth guard a try after seeing an ad for it.

The very first night I used it, I could immediately tell it was different. As soon as I put it in, it felt comfortable and natural, and I could actually feel that I was breathing better. I even decided to test it by sleeping on my back, which is usually when my snoring is at its worst since I normally sleep on my side.

The next morning, the first thing I asked my wife was if I had snored. She looked at me with the biggest smile and said, “No — I slept through the entire night.” She was genuinely happier than I’ve seen her in a long time, singing and dancing around the house. That alone made this product worth it.

What surprised me even more was how much better I slept too. I didn’t realize how much my snoring was affecting my own sleep quality until now. I woke up feeling more rested and refreshed than I have in years.

I highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with snoring. If you’ve tried other solutions without success, this is absolutely worth trying. It honestly made a difference for both me and my wife from the very first night.
