Horrendous is all I can say. I was very careful with scammers. However I have been scammed . Have been dealing with James Aston who was lovely on the phone but did not deliver. Had one date set and it was cancelled due to staff shortage from sick leave (understandable in current climate). Had scheduled for today at 4 pm delivery it’s now 6.45pm and no show. No phone contact from anyone. Tried calling 3 numbers and no answer and 2 x answer then hung up on me. I called from different phone numbers same result. I will be contacting the law about this and my bank and government bodies . Can’t believe I was scammed. Do not pay upfront what ever you do. I offered to pay half deposit and other half on delivery but that was no. I trusted because of legit looking website and conversations and emails. I have a receipt and all . Interestingly it was from James Aston. Not the accounts dept. Had hope that driver was held up but no phone call . All truck drivers are given a consignment note with contacts if they need to ring the client or customer . Would not go near this company if that is even what they are with a 10foot pole.

I called this morning, July 14 and they came out 'tween 12 - 2 pm. It couldn't have been more professional. Well done and technician was terrific

Get Ready called to let me know my tester was running late but was still within my 2 hour time window. The tester, Meg Carey, called explaining her emergency. She was beyond professional, efficient, and courteous. She set me up for weekly testing due to work requirements.

I was hard-pressed to find Covid testing so I looked on the Internet and found a service that comes to your home, Getready.com.

I scheduled my appointment and no show, no call. I called and was told some generic lines that a “ready responder” should be in route to my home, but an hour and a half later and still no show.

I called again and someone told me that the ETA department would call me back. And they called back, they rescheduled for the next day. Hopefully they will actually show tomorrow, the next day.

Was told that they'd be here at midday and they never showed up. Called and they told me that they would be there soon, but no, no avail. And no, no one told me that they would be cancelling either. Horrible service. Won't use again.

Woot! Got a free covid test without leaving the house!!

Amazing service, and a great all around experience. Super easy. I Called to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID tests and a medical professional was at my house in 30 minutes. EMT was very polite and explained everything us thoroughly. Then we spoke with a Doctor via iPad about the symptoms my wife and I were feeling. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to great medical care from home.

Convenient, discreet testing that comes to you. Don't have to mess with ordering and shipping back test kits. No waiting in a clinic with other potentially sick people. Certified EMT comes and does the test so you don't have to worry about messing anything up.

I started using getready.com for my mom. Her health isn’t the best anymore and she lives out of state. Thanks to getready.com I can rest assured that she gets the help she needs when she needs it. THANK YOU!

I wasn't feeling too great so looked for urgent cares and came across Ready. I was hesitant at first but happy I decided to try them out. They got to my house in about an hour and a half (was told 2-4), the responder was friendly and wearing all ppe (thankfully) and got a prescription after talking with a doctor. I was afraid to see the bill but was happy to see I just pay my regular co-pay. Phew.

It was fast and easy and I love I didn't have to go sit in a waiting room. All in all, will be using again.

Needed a covid test done, but didn’t have the slightest idea where to go for it. Called Ready, they walked me through it and sent someone to my house to administer. They were quick, professional, and safe. Plan to use them again in the future.
