Be extremely careful with them withdrawing money from your bank account for no sense reason, and when you complain keep showing you that you accept terms and condition so bla bla bla!
They already pull $40 from my bank account and I'm still in shock with that!
$20 for continue subscription (while still was 2 days remain to new period to take my 2 days chance for unsubscribtion! But the second $20 was even more ridiculous! They withdraw $20 because I once deactivared my account while tried to unsubscribe!!!
Be careful with subscription! They have all terms on their own favor to withdraw money how they want from your bank account!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, just signed up for free trial and it won't integrate with Wordpress, even after getting support and following instructions step by step. If it's this hard at the beginning it doesn't look great for more complex campaign building!

useful onboarding call
Glad for the onboarding call with Jorge - wish I had booked it sooner (I did look, then forgot until I got a reminder!). I had a bit of a block regarding landing pages and automation but Jorge helped me to understand the flow. Jorge was super helpful and I'm looking forward to getting my autoresponder emails sorted now.

Landing page campaign stopped after just two days of activity.
My experience with GetResponse had started off very well. I easily built my first Landing Page and had excellent results after the first two days of going live. Suddenly, the Landing Page stopped working. The support team is handling the issue, but in the meantime, my sponsored content is unusable. I keep apologizing to those who write to me saying they can't download my ebook. This is not my idea of efficiency. I am very disappointed.

Waste of time
Wasted all day while they review a campaign I have previously sent. Babysitting my account when there's been no issues. Sent out 17,000 emails last month with Constant Contact, not a peep from them.

Maybe good for marketing, but NOT a simple website host
Rated as a free website builder - they don't tell you it costs over $60 a month to keep a basic site live after the 30 day trial. Don't think of it as anything like an affordable option for a small business website.

I'm very grateful that I was given the opportunity to book an onboarding call. Peter was very helpful, he explained everything to me in detail. I was super amazed about all the tools that is available on Get Response! It's now my "one stop shop" where I can create awesome newsletters, emails etc that will capture my audience.
