I received support from Adam this morning and cannot complain, as it was on spot. I switched from the Basic to the Starter plan, and he did it for me with no fuss at all.

GetResponse is, so far, the best online marketing tool I’ve worked with. It offers all the essential features in one place—email marketing, webinars, courses, paid newsletters, automation tools, and much more.

The support team is absolutely amazing—truly one of the best service desks I’ve ever experienced. They respond quickly, and are always helpful and patient. A big thank you to the entire team!

The help I received was first class. I am a complete novice and have never used an autoresponder before. Marta was patient and very clear and organized in our talk and transformed me from total ignorance and confusion to a person who now feels confident using your system to advance my business.

I had basic plan for £15 they start charging me highest plan £52 when asked my bank for refund they closed my account!

I just lost access to my website after I upgraded from the free plan to the Starter. I had the free plan for over two years. I wasn't aware of losing the access and I won't get it back until I upgrade to a more advanced option which I cannot afford. Oh well, that's months of work lost, I never backed up the content. I was in touch with the customer service and they clearly explained it was my fault because I didn't read the conditions. I suppose I can improvise with a landing page for a year and then shop somewhere else.
