Scam!! Do not buy from this 'company'

Customer service before you order is brilliant! Quick to reply, friendly and will give you updates on your order quickly letting you your order is in the way or where the package is!

But the products are cheaply made, poor quality and not fit for use!
They tell you the return refund policy is you have to ask from a return or refund within 14 days of placing your order but coming from China the products rake over 3 weeks to arrive! So once you get them and see the products aren't worth the price you paid its too late.
Several emails have been sent regarding this but suddenly they don't reply!

Don't fall for this!

Absolutely terrible, lashes took weeks to arrive and when they did they didn't work. Company claims that it is against their policy to refund products which are not fit for purpose which is illegal in the UK. Seems like a scam, don't get taken in by the flashy ads

These lashes are useless! Nothing like their adverts. I tried and tired and tired but they are rubbish quality and just don’t work.
Contacted them regarding the issue and they were no help. Now ignoring me and also ignoring their own refund policy listed on their website.
