Stolen my money
Stolen my money, I had my wages put in last night and now suddenly my balance is gone! No transactions gone out - nothing!
They always block my card when I spend the smallest amount, they delay my wages. Customer service is bad!

Nice Challenger Islami Bank for UK
Its a shariah compliant challenger bank. For me your basic features are working fantastic. Using with curve (both physical & virtual cards), no issue with apple pay.
But, please add on few basic banking features like
1. Direct debit facility
2. Pot features
3. Apple pay (Not everyone use curve)
4. Sent ur card designs to curve, so that if anyone use your nice card design would show up.
5. Improve notification for every money in & out to notify. For me money out doesn’t show any notification.
6. Please add on analysis for budgeting
7. Add other donation firms like islamic relief along with NZF in your donation portal for easy donation.
Overall doing great as beginners for shariah compliant banking. May Allah SWT bless your cause and make your way easier.
To get 5 star, Needs direct Debit, Pot features!
(During end of January and early February 2021 the bank had issues with bank accounts and mine like many got locked for few weeks, however, the company came back to normal function and currently working OK for regular use as primary bank.)

Scam bank account lured people to bank…
Scam bank account lured people to bank with them by claiming to be a islamic bank they steal your money I have over £500+ stuck in there Central bank account
When I contact them they are very unprofessional and patronising I wouldn't trust them with your money I'm going to the media and will do everything I can to make people aware of this fraudulent bogus bank.
People do not bank with them I have loads of screenshots of how they treat people.

They have blocked all access to our money and card purchases. It has been 4 weeks now. Do not use this bank. They will lie and not give your money back. Please anyone else in the same situation lets get together and log a complaint with FCA.

Bank has been down for 3 weeks and I have no access to my money. I will be changing my review to 5 star once is all sorted out. A quick update. I finally have access to my money. The bank seemed to get back on its feet which I’m very happy to see!
