Everything about the system is awesome. The owners are very genuine and even from when I joined made so many upgrades, new hires on their team, and improvements. They want the best for all their users and show it. The system itself has everything you need, easy service agreements that are customizable, automations for reviews and texts, campaigns which I recently had claude setup through their api connection and sold 8 Christmas lights in early October within a couple days. That's another thing, it's not just for window cleaners or cleaning companies. Any business that needs service agreements, d2d sales, or is just looking for an easy/reliable crm can't go wrong with rotor.

Rotor is really the go to for window cleaning businesses. They’re customizable service plans fester is second to none. It makes planning multiple visits with different services each visit super easy. You can plan a window cleaning in the spring, pressure washing in the summer and rain gutter cleaning in the fall. Charge after job completion or get them on a monthly payment plan. Super customizable.

Their team is super responsive and know their way around features building and software. Customer care is a huge win for the users

Rotor is one of the best CRM's I've used! It's very easy to import customers and message/call them through the app. By far my favourite thing about Rotor is the ability to customize pretty much anything. Noah and the Rotor team have an amazing support system for integrating new things and continuing to improve the app and users abilities. Love the customizability and love the support system.

I switched my window cleaning company to Rotor this fall and run everything through it now, scheduling, recurring service plans, invoicing, and customer texting. What stands out most is the support. Sean has personally dug into my account whenever I have needed help, kept me updated the whole way through, and even test-texted from my business number himself to help track something down. You can tell they actually care about getting things right. That kind of support is rare.

this is the best crm i have ever used for my exterior cleaning company. i have tried 2 others and rotor gets back to me the fastest when i have questions, and is alway implementing and improving the software. they actually care about their customers. i would not look anywhere else.
