Great first experience with GetSafe.
I just purchased GetSafe. I worked with Courtney Evans on the phone when I first called and she was truly the greatest. She was so patient with me while I was dealing with multiple calls after my home was broken into last week. We were on the phone an hour. It was a stressful time, but Evans took her time explaining all the components of the system while also offering to check on me the next day. Whenever you buy any product, the first indication a company gives you about their service is with how their representatives handle the sale; Evans passed that with flying colors. Maybe I'll become a spokesperson for the company and we'll replicate out call for a commercial. Thanks Courtney.

Review of the sales process and my GREAT service rep
We recently had a theft of valuable jewelry from our home so I went online to check out home security systems. I narrowed the field down to two that seemed to provide what we need: an easy-to-use system that can "work around" our three large dogs while giving us peace of mind and round the clock monitoring. While I was online comparing, Courtney popped up at the GetSafe site and offered a chat. She was friendly, helpful, professional and made the interaction enjoyable. No "sell," just working to understand our needs and and providing an explanation of the benefits of GetSafe. After speaking with her, I didn't bother to talk with the other wireless solution company. I called her a few days later and completed the transaction. I'll come back and review the equipment and service after we've had it for a while. But for now I am more than happy to recommend putting GetSafe on your short list if you're looking for a home security system. The customer service is excellent at the start!
No problems at all
First time home buyer, first time dad, and first time security system owner. I have yet to have an issue with this company and system. I was not interested in contracts or renting equipment. This solved it for me. Also, our house is small and our neighborhood is quiet so a major security bundle wasn't needed. On top of that, our house has a really open floor plan so the motion detector covers the majority of the house. The starter kit was all I needed.
Better than the competition!
I've researched Vivint, ADT, Protection1, and other home security systems - and decided on GetSafe! I was surprised to find out that many of the competitors don't have a siren, smartphone app, and other features. I choose GetSafe because of the "customability", no contract membership, and expandability. No way am I going to be locked up in a 3-5 year contract and be obligated to pay up to $4,000 for home security! I'll stick to my $278... Thank you, GetSafe!
Customer Service like no other.
I placed my order today and with other reviews I have read I have no doubt this system will work the way its suppose to. I give my props to Ana (Customer Service Rep). Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional. If others on her team serve customers like in my experience than I choose a great system and have no worries about them monitoring my home. :)
Great company
I am not the most techie of people and the customer service has been stellar. And, today I accidentally tripped the camera's motion sensor while armed, and the siren and lights were impressive.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Great security system
Definitely glad that I went with this system! No buyer's remorse after two months. Responsive team. Works exactly like it's supposed to.
Easy to install & easy to use!
I purchased the GetSafe system for our new (older) home. The products all look great - much nicer appearance than my previous SimpliSafe system. The installation was very easy and it was also easy to add additional products to the basic system (I added a couple of motion sensors and a smoke alarm). Overall, GetSafe was easier to install than my SimpliSafe system and the GetSafe app works great!

Home security made simple
I was given the GetSafe system to review it on my blog, but leaving this feedback was completely optional and all opinions are my own. The system was easy to install and easy to use. The video tutorial and customer support were excellent every step of the way. I would have no hesitation referring this system to anyone.

I researched security systems for some time before choosing GetSafe and pleased with my choice. My experience: Excellent customer service; responded immediately; friendly, no attitude; walked me through how to customize app as I am not tech savvy - very helpful. Responded to my many questions with a 'smile.' Pluses: works with both Android and iPhone (we use both in our family); able to operate system remotely; ability to customize; no contract for monitoring service - a big plus; took care of a couple of issues promptly. I also purchased camera motion detector and fob. Make sure you order batteries for optional equipment. Start up kit comes with batteries. Highly recommend.

Fun to use home security system
Super easy to setup and use. Ordered the starter kit for my condo and everything works without any hiccups. Mobile app is fluid and I use it to check into my video camera each day. Will order a couple more cameras to secure the bedrooms. Great system!
Easy to set up and easier to use
This is not my first experience with a security provider but by far was the easiest. The product is easy to use and looks great. I love that I can add protection at anytime and feel like I am in the drivers seat with my security.

Quick and easy
Installing the system is super easy and only took half an hour tops. Really nice to be able to see inside my home anytime I want, from wherever I am, and to be able to control the system from wherever I am too.
Solid Product And Even Better Support
Set up was seamless, app is intuitive, costs are industry leading, and customer service is very personable (resolved with any question I had).
This is my first DIY security system and so far it's been flexible and reliable enough for my fast paced lifestyle

Works and looks great!
I didn't believe it would only take a few minutes to set up but it's true. I spent about 20 minutes from opening the box to logging into the app. I love the look of the hardware and how it discrete it feels in my home. Best part is that the app is really easy to use. I was always leaving my house stressing about if I locked my dock and it's been so awesome to not have that fear all day. I also love that my cat can hang out no problem. A great experience!
