We host week-long retreats in destinations like Costa Rica, Sicily, Barbados, Sri Lanka, Morocco, and Nicaragua — trips built around some simple facts: vacations are better with a little sweat in them, fitness doesn't need to be so serious, and life should be a lot of damn fun. A typical SALTY day starts with movement — a beach workout, a surf lesson, a group run, or a hike. The rest of the day is yours: pool, ocean, naps, long dinners, and some of the most fun, highest-energy nights you'll find anywhere. Every session is optional — do all of it or none of it. It's your vacation. Our groups skew 25–45, active and social, and our retreats regularly sell out through word of mouth and repeat guests who come back year after year. Whether you come alone or not, you will be welcomed in, and connected to the group, guaranteed. SALTY Retreats was founded in 2023 by Nate Behar and Erin Harris and is based in Ottawa, Canada.
