0 stars. Everyone please avoid this company. Worst of all. Unable to cash out a bet builder even though the game is finished and the next game is in more than an hour. Hacking Facilitation

My SBK account username was changed by a hacker.
I brought this security concern to the attention of SBK and provided the necessary evidence.
The agent I liaised with at this point (Seb) in his wisdom decided to place a block on my ability to deposit into MY SBK account, which I found truly bizarre and nonsensical.
I asked him to place a suspension on my entire account to prevent anyone accessing it or attempting to access it until such time SBK had investigated this matter and reached a conclusion, and get back to me, as promised, with their findings.
I was advised by Seb I would receive a reply from SBK by email with regards to their findings.
Unfortunately, no response has been received, which is incredibly concerning. I changed my password earlier this afternoon but there is still a suspension on my account.
I sent several emails to SBK to justifiably ask what is happening with my case but only received a derogatory copy and paste reply advising me to change my password (which I had already done) and to click on a link regarding compromised accounts.
I was also advised in order to reopen my account I require to submit a photo of me alongside my passport. (Mmm, how is this going to secure and protect my account when it seems my account is open to hackers and allcomers to access it without my authorisation and knowledge?)

I am truly sickened by this level of "customer service" and will not be betting with this firm again until they actually listen to me and investigate my security issue.

Evidently, they couldn't give 2........ about their customers and the security of their customers" accounts.

So much for cyber security, etc.
