Would recommend

Only ever read bad reviews about SBK, so was a bit weary to use it, but I’ve had no issues with it. Very easy to use, love the layout and the way it looks - easily the nicest out of any betting sites I’ve used. Only problem I had was occasionally either on the app or using the desktop version, I was unable to watch the streams live as I had to deposit apparently, which made no sense as I had put money on the race already. Apart from that, was all good. Most I withdrew was £100 and I must have withdrew about £400 and it took 6-7 hours every time. Some sites are instant withdrawal, some aren’t, so can’t complain. Would recommend

This is only after 2 weeks use, so no idea if I will end up getting restricted in the future to 10p stakes like a lot of these betting sites do.

False advertising for free bets

I seen this company advertising online if you place one £10 bet higher than 2/1 I would recieve £40 in free bets.

I therefore deposited £100 and have placed numerous bets but still no free bet.

I messaged there helpline and i have just been told this from an agent..
" our system has determined that your not eligible for the bonus. I'm afraid we reserve the right too exclude individual customers from receiving bonus,s"

I would like too be told why I'm different from anyone else and also this is false advertising.
I will be lodging a complaint too IBAS if I don't recieve these free bets.

From a very annoyed and angry customer.

Received excellent customer service from Oliver. Had a problem with a free bet not being credited back to my account and he sorted it straight away within 30 seconds.

Not fit for purpose. The app simply does not work. Astounding that SBK can respond to people, saying "Sorry you had issues" as if this is some temporary problem. It's not, it's a permanent inability to function properly.

Thieving bookmaker

I Signed up for their stake £10 get £40 free bets offer to be told after my £10 bet had settled that my account isn’t eligible for promotions. Don’t trust their offers, and don’t bother signing up for their promotions.

When I spoke to the team I was apologised to but still wasn’t given what I am owed!

I won few hundred euros and couldnt pay out the money… they were reversed every single time… ask customer service what us going on they told my bank problem…finally I lost all of this money and did self exclusion…
