I have used Security Camera Warehouse and one other CCTV provider for years. EVERY time SCW EXCEEDS my expectations. The best customer service around, the other guys you wait for 2-3 days for a call back. You cannot afford to wait for a call that may never come while your system is down. Buy from these guys, you will not be disappointed.

SCW has the BEST service hands down. I love the equipment but the discontinuance of the hybrid DVR was a huge mistake. Still alot of analog users out there. You are giving that business away to competition. the 32 channel NVR is sweet but S L O W W W. the support is world class. Always available to chat online or talk on the phone. I will sacrifice some performance for the support!

I purchased my system in 2014 and over the years have moved equipment around and added cameras etc. Recently i added a google wifi router and had configuration issues that google could not fix. I contacted SCW and they fixed this for me with an online hookup in a few minutes. Way above and beyond my expectations for assistance with a system purchased years ago. They have helped me with configuration issues in the past as well. I highly recommend this company and their equipment. Customer support has been simply outstanding. Roger

Only 2 days into using the new system and it's amazing. I really appreciate SCW's informative articles on their website and my chat with customer service (Ben) before ordering was very helpful, including helping me with getting USPS shipping to Canada. I was able to set up the app to view live and recorded footage without any trouble and app seems great so far as well.

System set up was also really easy, basically plug and play. I can't comment on tech support, as the set up was so easy I didn't need them for anything.
