I’ve only just begun working with this company but so far am very impressed. Their website is super easy to navigate as well as thorough in explaining their services, pricing, plan options, etc. Complete transparency (very refreshing and much appreciated). My dedicated PA is Ms. Tran. She is awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. I am really looking forward to working with her and her team to achieve my weight loss goals in a safe and healthy manner. Really glad I found this company.

Very good value. I was paying much more at a local clinic for my medication. The refill prescriptions are shipped promptly and I’m always notified beforehand when they are due to arrive. I meet with a nurse practitioner once a month via a video chat but they are always available to answer any questions. It is very convenient to use the app and when I have contacted them they respond within minutes. Very pleased with their services and products.

I love Melissa. She was real with me and she listened. I trust her. She answered all my questions. My plan was collaborative.

It’s been hard through the years to lose weight, but Shapely has helped me with taking my weight on a regular basis.

The medication and this program works for me. I have lost 75 pounds so far. Mayra is available by email anytime I have questions or concerns. I always receive prompt response.
It took awhile for my body to adjust to the medication, some nausea and lethargy. I now drink a Protein shake everyday. With my reduced food intake I need that. My biggest issue was learning the amount and frequency to eat. I eat a small amount in the morning, the Protein Shake in the afternoon (it seems like a treat) and something in the evening. If I crave something in the evening I have found the Root Beer Zero meets that desire.

I have nothing but good things about the company. My doctor is super sweet and always asking many questions and by the way answering in between consultations via app. My medication comes fast and it has been very effective.

I was charged for other things before I even checked if my insurance would cover it. The first month is cheaper, but there was no information that other charges would be made.

This company is very professional and helpful in working with patients to achieve their weight loss goals and getting healthy. They go above and beyond when working with insurance companies in order to get prescriptions approved. They are friendly, professional and always respond to my messages in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone including my friends and family.

I have received personalized care from the start, not only from Dr Zaghi but this includes Aaron his appt coordinator. After doing a bit of research and making a few contacts, my provider choice was an obvious win.

Easy to use, many helpful options

Working with Shapely has been a major game changer for me. I saw minimal weight loss for a while and started to get discouraged. I reached my goal weight within 1 year. Being a patient of Dr Zaghi has been a great experience. He is genuinely concerned about your health and wellbeing. The program is great losing weight slowly and safely. Kudos to the nutritionist as well.
