Good Service but slow
Good service. Reasonably priced and cert sent to email. Great if you can't get a doctors appointment for a general illness. Ordered the 12 hour version, received a text saying it was issued, however, didn't receive it. Customer service was helpful, although slow to reply. Ended up with my cert 15 hours after request which was disappointing when paying for the recommended 12 hour. Not sure if I'd order again as I was stressed the cert would not come which is inconvenient when sick.

I requested the “within 24 hours”…
I requested the “within 24 hours” certificate. It arrived at the 23rd hour, although a service that I recommend .. I was just feeling anxious about not having the certificate for the next day, and because it was my first time using it, but it arrived and I was happy with it. Having said this, I recommend the platform, I haven't had any kind of problem with my manager.
