A very powerful solution that offers widgets for websites with numerous use cases. Simple to use and style but with the ability to do more complex targeting and personalisation. Also fantastic support, one of the best I've dealt with. Oh and exceptional value.

Getsitecontrol makes beautiful widgets that perform well and have really great analytics built into the platform. The drag and drop editor is incredibly easy to use.

My only complaints:
(1) Customization is a bit tricky when you try to manipulate templates (but I understand why that's the case)
(2) Load speeds get hurt in Google Lighthouse when installing Getsitecontrol. Having said that, any popup tool will have that issue. But I think the team should continue to focus on speed and size to ensure clients can meet ever stricter Page Experience standards.

Overall, any time we have an issue support is there within minutes to offer step by step tutorials and actionable advice in real-time > they even often write code for us so we can copy/paste into the CSS editor when we need stuff. The service is A+ and is the main reason we wouldn't consider switching or exploring other tools.

We are very happy with the targeting/segmenting functionality and the great design possibilities. It might be good to taper on the impact that ad/blockers and 3rd party behaviours could have on the app. For the moment all is fantastic.

Great product, great service. It's really easy to setup, I got my widgets up and running in just a few minutes. Support is also very reponsive. My recent issue was resolved in a few hours. Definitely would recommend Getsitecontrol if you want to use custom widgets on your website without going through lots of coding hassle.
