What a headache

All I'm trying to do is make a payment and it's been so much time and energy wasted. They direct me to their site to make a payment because it's late. When I go to site there is no way to make a payment and I can't change my primary payment method either. I've notified them and I haven't received a valid response except to log in and pay which cannot be done. So we're going in circles over 20 bucks and I'm being threatened with collections.

Update: will have to give it some time but someone from sorbet reached out and made the necessary changes. Still took longer than it should of and a tedious process but in the end they made everything OK.
