They are really comfortable, hold all day long and look great. I would prefer if the padded part went higher, I don't need that extra high padding in the back.

Sometimes you can "hear" the panties but nothing really noisy. I love them! Seriously good Quality!

received the products: they had an unwearable shape, completely out of proportion! i send the products back, got in touch with them multiple times but no one ever got back to me and i never received a refund.

The underwear is doing its job, but the delivery was a disaster. It took about 4 months and many emails until I received everything I ordered. I didn't receive any responses to my mails, I had to write messages on facebook to contact the company... Definitely won't order anything by Sphinx again.

The underwear is really comfortable and leak proof.

BUT I've ordered 2 packs (25.September) and received one pack 25 days (19. Oktober) later, so not just 10 days but I was okay with that. Until I saw that 1 pack was missing. I wrote the customer support and they told me they will send another one. I got the email that the second pack is on the way on 16th November (almost an month later) and I still haven't received the package till this day (29. November).

I've had already 3 periods since ordering the 6 panties. At this point it is just frustrating.

the panties are nothing special, the design is not as good as in the pictures & the seams are very thick and therefore uncomfortable. So, I would not buy them again ...

I was really surprised by the quality of the product. It took some time to arrive, bit it was worth the wait. Definitely will buy again - it‘s not odten that you find a variety of plus sizes!

After the order- it took ages (2-3month) that i got a notification that it will be shipped/delivered soon. The product never arrived, i got no money back, no one from contact responded.. worst experience ever!!

They are made out of pretty cheap plastic material that gets humid and stinky real quick. They are in for lighter periods, but they so leak on really strong ones.

The shipping took over 2 months to Germany and they arrived in the wrong size.
I didnt want to contact the service about it since I didnt get a reply when I complained about them not arriving after a month.

Shipping was fast, everything arrived as ordered, after few months of using the periodic underwear (6x) I am still very happy with them!
I wash them out every day after periode, then put them all together into the washing mashine, so far so good :)

Shipping etc. was fine. Unfortunately, my private parts and the pants themselves smell quite unpleasantly after a single night wearing the Sphinx. I don't experience this after using a sanitary pad. Disappointing.
